We are first time buyers and wasn’t sure about surveyors, after talking to multiple surveyors, we have decided to go ahead with Volarex and Adam. He managed to fit us in two weeks time and the process was quite straightforward. We have got a very detailed survey back within a day of the survey being conducted. I am buying a terraced house and needed a level 2 survey for the house. Adam was clear with the pricing and arranged the date to do this straight away. On the day he did the survey he let us know and we received the full report two days later. It was a quick and simple process which is useful when buying a house can be so stressful. Would highly recommend.

I'm in the process of buying my first house and so didn't really know what was going on or what to expect. I shopped around, looking at a number of surveyors, and thought the quoting process with Volarex was much smoother and friendlier than some of the other firms I saw. I knew the price straight away, and there were no hidden fees or surprises.

Once I passed over the contact details for the estate agents, Adam sorted everything else. He provided me with over 150 pages of documentation and information about the house, including research into the area that the property is in. He gave several recommendations on areas that needed work, or what work might need doing in the future.

There were a few things on the report that I didn't understand or wasn't quite sure on - with some tradespeople, they would hand over the report and disappear, never to be seen again. But I dropped Adam an email with my questions and he very promptly and clearly answered my questions, and has always shown willing to help wherever he can!

Adam was very good with his communication in the initial stages on our engagement. We were able to discuss exactly what we wanted and any concerns we had about the property we were buying. Adam liaised with selling agent regarding the appointment. The very comprehensive report came through very quickly. It was evident that Adam had spent much time at the property to obtain the detail he had done. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend. Pricing was competitive we felt and well worth it.

Used a comparison website for a level 3 building survey and whilst there were a few different companies, Adam's sample reports looked very thorough and in depth compared to others and his CV is incredible. Price was also great. Adam was easy to communicate with for the booking, payment and even after the report answering queries with very detailed and helpfup responses. I cannot recommend volarex enough and would instantly use them again in the future. The level 3 survey gave us so much peace of mind and reinforced things we already knew but gave us insights into things we didn't but were able to get estimates from companies of the work required prior to exchanging contracts. Adam & Volarex did a top job delivering a L2 survey for a mid-terraced house in West Yorkshire. The survey was very thorough and delivered the next day after the survey took place. You can pay a lot more for a lot less, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a survey.

The whole process from a quotation from Adam to completion of survey very smooth. All correspondence with Adam was consistent, all questions answered promptly he was available for consultation at anytime. The survey report was available the next day as suspected very detailed very happy with his professionalism would highly recommend his company and services.
