They’re not paying the artist.. they took down the sellers page and now also the buyer page… I made thousands of dollars in sales.. not saw a single penny.. the worst part is that people who bought the vocals are not allowed to use it…
Vokaal used to be an amazing marketplace for artists, however in the last few months the quality really went downhill. They’re missing payments and the customer service is non existent. I will remove all my vocal packs from there. Artists, stay away.
I purchased an exclusive vocal and, despite many emails, I have not received a license agreement. Even worse, the vocal I bought as an exclusive has been resold multiple times under different titles! Some of the purchased vocals can’t even be downloaded. Emails are being ignored! This site is a complete scam! Stay away from vokaal.com.
Sadly, it became a scam on both sides. Artists recording the audio are not getting paid and producers sometimes get non existing link
Over 40 sales with no payment, and the last payments are over 2 months late. This is a total scam, and we’re taking action to shut them down by reporting them to Shopify, PayPal, and Canadian authorities. (To other artists in the same situation do not hesitate to do the same only collective action will stop them)

An artist has simply registered the entire voicals and breached the contract. I have reported this, but no one helps me and therefore one star
I recently ordered from them as I liked the vibe of the vocalist. The track was called Run This High, and when I received my order, I was disappointed that there was only one wet vocal and a demo track, but I could work around it.
When I loaded the vocal into my DAW, it became apparent that this was an extremely dirty audio file with loads of artefacts embedded in it. I began to suspect that this wasn't a proper clean vocal as I could hear elements of claps and other unpleasant things. I decided to extract the vocals from the demo and compare my extracted vocals to their apparent clean vocals, and the results showed that mine was in fact cleaner.
My theory is that it was generated using AI from the website SUMO AI, which creates a whole track, and it's then been downloaded, and the vocals have been ripped from the audio and then sold as a clean vocal.
The response is non-existent from Vokaal themselves and it seems like the whole site is a con to scam hard-working musicians.
The site needs to be shut down as them seem to scam vocalists that sell via their website as the reviews I have seem online are all negative.

Website works pretty solid and ordering vocals is very easy and affordable. But...the quality of the vocals nowadays....jeez...
Scammer. Steals your money and changes the terms without you knowing. Suddenly taking 40% instead of the 30% promised. And I sold an Exclusive vocal 10 days ago and still nothing. No replies to email. You also can't contact the producers directly who bought your vocal to let them know. Horrendous site.
So i recently sold a vocal ive sent them multiple emails and also messaged on instagram but they are not responding in any way so please dont use this website vocalists. if they send me the money i might change this review but its been over a month now. so they have paid me after two months of this review. but still if they would've asked me to wait i wouldn't have put this review.
I recently bought a vocal with exclusive license, but a still didn't get the Exclusive Vocal License, and the link on their website is not working.
So basically, you pay 400 (if not more) euros to be the only one to use a vocal, but they don't send you any license, so you have any proof that you can use that vocal legally.
So if you do use it, and your music works, they can legally claim royalties to you, because THEY DON'T SEND THE LICENSES.
Oh and, they don't answers to emails, the form on their website is not working, so you can't really contact them either.
There's a ton of websites selling vocals, don't take the risk to deal with Vokaal.com.
Scammers, pay for clip and never get it. Sent emails- call- text-chat no response.
Do not waste your money.
This site is a scam , ive paid a vocal 3 weeks ago and they sent me a link that doenst work .
Ive sent 3 mails since then and they never reply .
Ive lost my money , hope it can help people to avoid the same scam experience.
