Very Challenging Course

I signed up for the bootcamp to help me prepare for the CCIE exam. I must say that the course did not disappoint. I think the course added a layer of confidence in my pursuit for CCIE collaboration.
I was lucky to be able to spend about 11hrs on the course lab everyday except the last day (0630-1730 Pacific). Thanks, Faisal!

Expert instructor and comprehensive hands on labs

The AWS Connect bootcamp was easily one of the best professional development decisions I've made this year. The balance between lecture and hands on labs was perfect and bridged the gap in a way that textbooks just can't. Huge shout out to the instructor, not only was he incredibly knowledgeable but his willingness to dive into adjacent topics and stay available for 1 on 1 help all day made a massive difference. With the added five year e-learning access and the two year free repeat policy, the long term value here is unbeatable. You can totally future proof your learning with this path. I highly recommend.

Exceptional learning experience

I had an exceptional learning experience with Mr. Faisal Khan, from VoiceBootcamp, during the Genesys Contact Center training. His depth of knowledge, clarity of explanation, and real-world expertise are truly unmatched. Mr. Faisal doesn’t just teach the platform — he explains the why behind every concept, making even complex topics easy to understand and apply.

What really sets him apart is his passion for teaching and his commitment to student success. He is incredibly patient, engaging, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone is confident with the material. The training was very well structured, hands-on, and filled with practical examples that are directly relevant to real contact center environments.

I was learing Genesys recently at Voicebootcamp. It is really great experience on lecture and hands on Lab (in short time and great experience). It is a good place to learn Genesys, AWS,MS Teams and WebEx including migration. Wish good luck to all of his students.

VoiceBootcamp.

The entire experience was very educational and interactive. I believe I got a good grasp of the course content thanks to Mr. Faisal Khan. Not only was he punctual, he answered all my questions to the best of his ability and taught the entire course with confidence. Voice Bootcamp - Genesys Cloud CX

I recently completed the Genesys Cloud CX Administrator training through VoiceBoot Camp, and the experience was strong from both a technical and operational standpoint.
The course was hands-on, well-structured, and grounded in real-world administration, not just theory. The labs reinforced core concepts such as users, roles, queues, routing, flows, analytics, and day-to-day admin responsibilities within Genesys Cloud CX, and they reflected how the platform is actually used in production environments.
The instructor, Faisal Kahn, demonstrated deep platform knowledge and was able to clearly explain why things work the way they do, not just how to click through the UI. Questions were welcomed, answered thoroughly, and often tied back to real customer scenarios, which added meaningful value.
I also appreciated that the material aligned with the current Genesys Cloud interface and capabilities, which is critical given how quickly the platform evolves. This was not outdated or recycled content.
Overall, this training strengthened my confidence as a Genesys Cloud CX administrator and is well worth the investment for anyone supporting, implementing, or administering Genesys Cloud CX in a real contact center environment.
Highly recommended.

Great learning experience with the Genesys Contact Center training @ Voice Bootcamp. The course is practical, well structured, and easy to follow.
Faisal, as he has always been an excellent trainer. very knowledgeable, clear in explanations, and supportive throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build strong Genesys cx skills.

If you want to learn collaboration

If you want to learn collaboration, this is the place. They even offer PCCE training. My experience with the VoiceBootcamp team has always been positive. Whenever I have an issue, Faisal is only one call away.

I purchase the cisco collaboration suit. This came with Webex, CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, UCCX scripting, PCCE, Microsoft Teams, and much more.

I enjoy the training because the videos first gives you a detail explanation on how traffic flows. Next, shows you how to configure the devices. Prefect when you at work and forget about something and can look at one of his videos. Everything is labeled and easy to navigate.

If your trying to get your certification or just needing this class to reference while out in the field, 100% recommend these collaboration training for you.
