If I could give them a zero I would. Same as all other reviews. Product arrived after 12 weeks and was not at all as sold. Sold as linen and it was total polyester. And what should have been “embroidered” was screen printed. I asked for refund as stated on website and they told me to keep item and they would give me a 30% refund.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are a total scam. They sent me the wrong products, and then when I asked for a return label, they asked for pictures and suggested I keep the items at a discount. I told them I did not want to keep the items. They then said that I could return the items for a refund. They did not offer a mailing label. I did not want to pay for shipping! I opened a PayPal claim and almost got trapped. I had agreed to returning the items and needed to provide a tracking number, but without a prepaid label, I would’ve had to pay for the label. I told the company that I expected a full refund. They said that I needed to close the PayPal claim. I figured that I got cornered. They were squeezing me to close the PayPal claim. I told them to refund me or I would get PayPal on the case again and also write up a terrible review for them on trust pilot. I did close the claim but I made sure that PayPal knew that I was being trapped and forced to close the claim. Then after a few days, seller finally issued a full refund and told me I could keep the products that I had not ordered in the first place. The whole process took over a month of back-and-forth emails, after waiting for my order to arrive for about a month, but I refused to give up. I highly recommend no one does business with this company. Scam scam scam!

I wouldn’t give this company even one star. They are a total scam!! They won’t allow a return for a full refund despite being in accordance with their “return” policy. Despite my multiple attempts to get the item returned and my money refunded I keep getting the runaround. I will also add that it took about a month for me to get the merchandise to begin with. This has been a terrible experience start to finish. I will never order from this company again! Buyer beware!!!

This company is total crap. I ordered three items: two dresses and a pair of shoes. One dress was comically too small, the second dress was so big that literally three people could fit into it, and the pair of shoes bore zero resemblance to what I ordered- different style, different color, different everything. And then when I asked for a return label, they first wanted a picture of the items. Then they offered 10%off. Another round of emails and they offered 30% and I keep these crappy items that don’t fit and I don’t want. And the last round of emails they were trying to give me a guilt trip about how hard they work for their money and they don’t want to lose too much on the sale of the items. How on earth do they operate like this? Avoid them at all costs.

Ordered three items, all three were wrong. They kept offering me discounts instead of offering me the ability to return the items even though their return policy clears states I should have been able to return. I had to open a PayPal case against them. Then they tried to email me and drop the case so they could refund me. That’s not how it works you can now deal with PayPal! Fraudulent and shady DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered 3 items from Voguisher which totalled to a considerable amount of money.
The dress I received was completely different to one I ordered from the website.
The pant I ordered in a size medium is so small that it fits my daughter who is a size extra small.
The construction of the items is very poor with buttons unravelling after the first wear.
The website advised that my items are cotton however they are primarily polyester cotton blend.
I am extremely disappointed with every aspect of this purchase.

If i could give this a negative i would! Out of 3 dresses ordered only 1 was correct. The other 2 were wrong size and style. Communication was horrible, they would not return nor refund any of the money they stole. Please do not buy from this site.

Niet de jurk ontvangen welke ik hem besteld. Retourneren geen optie. Enkel een kleine refund.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Ordered a dress and was sent a completely different dress than what I ordered. They will not refund me my full amount. Very hard to get in touch with and absolutely absurd customer service. DO NOT ORDER

This company advertise garments that are not similar in quality to what they sell. They do not give you 100% refunds and delivery took 7 weeks. Appalling service and quality.

Attention à ce site. N achetez pas. La robe que j ai commandé ne correspond en rien à celle sur la vidéo. Au départ il propose un remboursement si l article ne convient pas après leur avoir envoyé. En fait il n en est rien. Je ne peux l à renvoyer et il propose 20% de remboursement. Une honte.

Koop hier niks. De jurken op hun website en instagram zijn niet wat je krijgt. Bovendien kun je het niet terugsturen en krijg je maar 10 procent van je betaalde geld terug.

Lange levertijd, 1 jurk komt niet overeen met hetgeen ik besteld heb. Geven al 2!! maanden, na meerdere mailtjes met bewijslast, geen reactie.
Ik wil mijn geld terug maar er staat ook geen adres vermeld op de site waar de jurk naar retour kan. Zeer ontevreden!

Deux robes commandées, affreuses. Pour l'une des deux, il y a seulement des voilages sans doublure, pour l'autre, elle devait contenir des strass et des perles, il n'y a rien de cela.
Une énorme arnaque...

Attention !!! Les modèles affichés dans ce site sont fake, juste pour attirer les gens ensuite les piéger.
J'ai fait l'erreur de commander 2 robes, je crois que je vais les jeter puisque je ne peux ni les retourner ni les offrir ! la 1ère qui ne ressemble en rien au modèle choisi en ligne sans parler de la qualité du tissu et de la finition (V Neck Maxi Dress à 69 dollars) , la 2ème V Neck Puff Sleeve Mini Dress, j'ai beau prendre mes mensurations avant de choisir la taille, la robe était trop petite (ne se ferme pas au niveau du dos) et tissu rigide.

Ce site est une arnaque, les produits ne correspondent absolument pas à la presentation sur le site. Commande reçue plus d un mois et demi après l avoir passée, après 8 mails envoyés au service client. L article reçu est une copie très bas de gamme de ce qui est présenté sur le site. A fuir, site signalé aux autorités competentes

Doesn't deserve 1 star dress is not what I ordered and they won't provide return details or full refund. Really bad service stay away.

Andere jurk gekregen dan besteld, vervolgens willen ze niet gratis laten retourneren maar bieden ze alleen een discount aan. Maar ik wil die jurk niet, ik had een andere besteld!
