DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I cant give less than 1 star - if I could I would out 0. I bought this dress and it is nothing like the photos. What I received was a white dress with gold leaf and half the tassels and tassels broken. I have emailed their customer service team - which is a joke. I got an apology and that feedback will be given to manufactures. I have asked for a return address to return the dress and confirmation of a refund as its false advertising and not what I purchased. Round and around in circles with the same response - I received a product so that's that but feedback will be given to manufactures. I would like my money back as I DIDNT RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR! Looking at previous reviews - the picture of what that received is not what I got. I will continue to write these reviews and feedback until I get the correct response

I never received the item. For the last 15 days the item seems to be in my country but they never answer any email. They don't cooperate. Totally scam

Scammer (essential shops / vofatiponal)
Ordered a water gun blaster and did not arrived AT ALL. wasted 40 usd.
When contacted support they tried to get further info but i wilm not provide it. Absolute scammer and i hope they will rot in hell.

Do not buy from this company
Fell for the lovely advertising of these Large Beautiful Angel Wings with LED lights. That arrive in a lovely box. Payed £40 for what I thought was the largest Wings With Lights.
What I received was Wings with no lights and a piece of cardboard taped around them.
Would offer a $3 compensation.
I could pay to return.
So basically I payed for an item and didn’t receive it. But they will offer $3 compensation.
Do not fall for this scam company and their false advertising.
PayPal has sorted a full refund 👍

Boots arrived but ….
Lovely red Boots arrived. Sadly didn’t fit well. Company said that unless they had sent wrong item they would not refund . They refused to refund, and suggested I give the boots to “others” and offered me $3 as compensation.
I fell fora Terrible scammy Chinese supplier - AVOID at all costs
The identical ad and identical boots also sold by another company called Belkmalls. I suspect same problem with them - they also claim to refund/ replace and also have “excellent customer service” as did Vofatiponal.
