They will lie to you telling you that a 1 year contract can be ended in 3 months or less without penalty - then will email you a $50 penalty. They will sell your email address to scammers (if you MUST use this company make a burner email address). They take advantage of tourists and.give Vodafone a bad reputation.

Shameful service. Internet disconnects every time, I made roming and it was better If I had the money for my self instead of giving them for free. Expensive with no reason. Can't put any worst reviw!!

They will charge you a penalty when you move address even though that do not cover that area,within the same country. Shame shame

Most of the TV channels are encrypted. Whenever are there football matches immediately interrupts and goes black. Internet might be good in paper but the speed is a little bit of a dogshit in terms of uploading. 2 stars because of the TV channels and the internet small interruptions

Absolutely abysmal quality in everything they provide. The internet is horrible, they refuse basic services and to top it all off, it literally cuts out at least once every 2 days. I have nothing good to say about this hellhole of a company, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My experience at the Vodafone store in Vlore was extremely disappointing. The employee wearing glasses was very rude to me. I went there only to disconnect my mother’s phone because she recently passed away, and instead of showing understanding, she treated me disrespectfully. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.”

A ton of packet loss all the time even if the speed says what i pay it is the packet loss makes it a bad experience. Yt videos dont load,getting kicked from online games etc

I made contract with them, as foreigner, the staff was very helpful and friendly, spoke english well., already been using it for 3 months. The cell network has good coverage, tough it does become worse during the rain season, however we can't complain for that ridiculously low price.

If there were 0 stars that's what I would have given, as Vodafone Albania doesn't even deserve one star. Abysmal service. They take money from people, meanwhile the connection drops all the time, it is impossible to use, even googling is a challenge. There was a clear drop in quality in the past days, but leave it to Vodafone not to notify their paying users about this, or provide any reason or time frame for the service to go back to normal. This is theft. Don't waste your money, you'd be better off using a pigeon.

I purchased the tourist package online and until the end it is not clear to me if there is an eSim option or not. I tried to contact the customer service, but the automatic chat bot is unbelievably bad. Getting in chat contact with a person was another underwhelming experience, we greeted each other, I described my situation and don't receive an answer (waited 20 mins).

In data 10 Luglio ho effettuato l' acquisto di una sim card Vodafone Albania sul loro sito. Il sistema è andato in tilt e mi ha detratto due pagamenti con lo stesso numero, del costo di 24,72€, uno alle ore 18.24:14 secondi e un altro alle ore 18.24:52 secondi.
Ho inviato email all' assistenza Vodafone Albania ma non ho ricevuto risposta.
Aspetto il rimborso di un pagamento.

If there was 0 star review I would give it to Vodafone in Albania cause they’re total scammers. I went to the shop bought a SIM card with 100gb data and it run out in 21days. Contacted Vodafone they said tourist deals only last 21days I never told the guy in the shop I need a tourist deal. I said to him I need a SIM card with 100gb a month and he confirmed it he said 100gb will last you the whole month

Excellent Customer service, I had an issue with my home internet and the problem was solved only with one call.

Via internet Tourist Pack gekocht. Bij het ophalen ging er vanalles mis en moest ik een nieuw pakket kopen. Geld van internetaankoop zou teruggestort worden. Niet dus. Ze reageren ook niet op mailtjes.
Waardeloze organisatie daar.
