Recently completed a project for Vocal Views sampling some drinks. Communication was good and they were efficient when it was allocated to me. It was interesting, engaging and the tasks were easy to complete via an app. Payment details then requested and just pending my payment now. I'd use them again and recommend trying them.

Didn’t get paid as the client decided not to pay me as my answers didn’t match my screening apparently . My original date was June and then took place in sept . I had so many calls in between I actually lost the plot . Pretty surprised as they continued the call for the full time and wanted To know my thoughts and opinions . The call wasn’t ended . Vocal views didn’t reply to my email . I wish I had read the reviews pre applying as there is a lot of negatives .

Hello Leanne, Sorry to hear about the difficulties you have encountered. Unfortunately under the circumstances it appears you weren't completely truthful on your screener, this became clear in the interview. It is the clients decision that you were no longer eligible to take part. We provided multiple calls to you prior to the focus group, which we do with all of our respondents to check the answers you provided were correct. Unfortunately this is out of our hands now. Thank you Team Vocal Views.

Hi there Jamie, Sorry to hear you feel like your calls and emails have been ignored. I have just been through our support system and cant find any requests matching your name. If you fill out the form on here I have requested I can have a look into this for you or feel free to pop a message over on our support system and someone will respond to you. Pease bare in mind that payment is within 21 days of the projects completion and not your individual completion date. Thank you Team Vocal Views.
Vocal views are most definitely one of…
Vocal views are most definitely one of the best market research companies, if not the best, with very interesting, fun, engaging research projects which truly values and respects peoples opinions.
To be incentivised is a wonderful extra for such a privilege to air one’s opinions in a fun environment.
They are friendly, transparent and in my experience I have never ever
had issue with payments.
People need to be patient as to when projects officially end and respect the 21 day period (normally sooner) for payment as Rome was not built in a day and they Always pay, so please ignore any negative review.
Thanking you kindly Vocal Views

Hello Tia, Sorry to hear you feel this way. We can assure you we do make payment and all of our reviews are real. If you would like to send over some more details I can have a look into this for you. Thank you Team Vocal Views.
Payment doesn't come on time.
Focus group was poorly ran with lots of unnecessary wait time, which was not paid any additional sum.
Payment was not received on the quoted date. An email was sent with another date. The payment was not received on this date, instead I was asked for payment details 1 day before. One working week later and payment has still not been paid.
One of the candidates in the focus group said that they'd be a nightmare paying - I guess they were right...!

Hello Katy, Sorry to hear you feel you had a bad experience at one of our focus groups, usually our participants leave very happy so this is the first time we have had this review. I will make sure I have a look into this for you. As you can imagine sometimes delays are completely out of our hands due to things out of our control like traffic or the weather. I can see that payment has been made now and I can only apologise for the delay on this. If you feel like you would like to discuss this any further with our team then do not hesitate to get in contact. Thank you Team Vocal Views.

I applied and was selected for the Testing Panel. I received a phone call, however was unavailable so a message was sent. When I called back, I was given a wide choice of available slots. A follow up email and a text reminder was sent from Vocal Views on the day. I though that was very useful if for any reason one couldn't make it, there was an opportunity to inform. The Testing/Feedback process itself was clear, efficient and quick. I was paid at the end of the session in cash. Very good

Quick, efficient & reliable!
Genuinely quick, easy and super good!
I am a student so any small money I can make on the side is super handy. I applied to do one study and was called back and picked to participate.
The overall study time was quick (few weeks) and payment was given within 3 weeks after.
Whenever I needed help they were quick to respond either via email or they would call back within no time.
I really enjoyed working with them and would hopefully love to do more in the future!
Very professional people, efficient and easy to participate.
