Midden september voor 46 euro nederlands een trainingsjas besteld die niet paste, direct teruggestuurd met track en trace, maar de terugbetaling laat zich nog altijd niet zien twee maanden later ondanks drie e-mails naar hun support die eigenlijk niet reageert.

Ik bestelde op 8 maart voor 45 euro nederlands een winterjas via deze site. Na 16 dagen kwam het pakket aan, maar de jas had een scheuf in de mouw en de ritssluiting werkte niet goed. Ik heb ze gemaild over een retour, maar kreeg pas na 5 dagen antwoord en ze wilden eerst foto's zien. Uiteindelijk hebben ze me terugbetaald, maar het duurde nog eens 10 dagen voor het geld op mijn rekening stond. In totaal heb ik ruim een maand gewacht voor iets dat niet bruikbaar was.
