What a wonderful experience!! We had some time before our flight leaving Venice airport and wanted to ride in a gondola and see Venice. They were extremely professional and prompt!! Highly recommended!!!

When our transport company didn't arrive to pick is up at the airport in Venice on a Friday night, VLS was the only company whose desk was open and the young man, Alex, was incredibly helpful, super sweet, jumped into action and got us a Chauffer and Water Taxi within 15 minutes!! The car and driver as well as the Water Taxi and driver were exceptional! They made everything so easy and seamless! Their rates were super reasonable for a complete VIP experience and I highly recommend them.

Fabio was an excellent driver

Marco gave us a 40-45 min. tour of Venice and at the end he took us to our hotel. He was extremely nice and professional. We all enjoyed it and would highly recommend you do it at least once. The wooden boats are in excellent shape too.

Excellent service! The driver met us just before our scheduled ride to the airport, he even helped us with the bags to the car! Great conversation and even warned us about the speed bumps during the drive.

I would also like to commend Giorgia and our porter on their assistance in booking our transfers and porterage to and from the airport. Giorgia is lovely to deal with and saved us from a sticky situation when our previous transfer group did not show up. Her expertise in this area made our trip to Venice possible.
