Spent 1000s with these and had a issue with a order for 80 dollars, they completely fake and faulty, eyes are all off and stuck so can not move, messaged and emailed and basically told to suck it up! Got told they sold fakes but host didn’t know “our bad” like seriously! My mistake was to ask for the blind boxes be sent to me to open as if I opened on live they would of seen they was faulty and couldn’t of sold them, they said send back but that’s most of my refund gone so what would be the point, wait weeks for delivery from china,
Mostly All the fancy beads I brought are always broken or missing gems but I fix without complaining
