I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience using vivrelle. I have been a member since the early days and they have grown so much! With time it’s only gotten progressively better. I have nothing negative to say. The customer service is a solid 10/10. I went to the Manhattan office before and everyone was so friendly. It was absolutely stunning. They take such good care of the bags. They offer TRUE descriptions and sizing. The collection of bags continues to be updated. You must act quick when a bag becomes available though. Overall, only positive feedback.

It really is like having access to my dream closet. The customer service team is always willing to help me too. I love it!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I have reached out to them 3x with zero response regarding a couple of items. Then, on top of that, they did NOT communicate expectations of the delivery. Now, I don’t have the handbag I ordered which I need by Saturday.

Please reimburse me asap. This seems to be a SCAM.

Bag selection online is low to mid. I’ve consistently rented the same bag for vacation trip after trip because their neutral raffia selection is always rented (slouchy totes). Good bags are taken SO fast and stay out forever, so it’s constantly the same bags (even new arrivals are the same font). Tons of Chanel which is not my cup of tea. They seem to cater to influencers and those that live near their showroom but there are customers that exist outside of these populations.

When you send a bag back, they say as soon as it’s scanned they will ship your new bag, but there’s been several delays. I’ve shipped bags back in the morning (same time zone), and new bags don’t go out the same day, sitting at label created. You lose several days a month off the subscription because of this.

I’ve received bags that look like they’ve been through the wringer -dingy. If you wouldn’t carry it, why send to a customer?

I’ve been with them for several years and have watched the decline in service. While their customer service response time is super fast, their actual action differs.

I’ve recommended them to so many people because their concept is cool, but honestly at this point I’m leery to tell people about it because of the issues I’ve run into. Bag Borrow or Steal has been great to me. More expensive in the long run but worth the overall experience in my opinion.

I love Vivrelle! I love being able to borrow bags I could not otherwise afford plus they have amazing customer service. Cannot recommend them more!

They offer great products, high quality- super fast communication. They also helped get an item to me right away as I was leaving for a special event.

Great customer service. They always email when a bag on my wish list is available to rent. The size function on the app is so user friendly. I can slide an iPhone , iPad or, laptop to see if the size is right for my needs.
