If I could review with 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress which didn't fit right and so I followed their return policy for a refund. After paying for the return myself and following up with photos of the product as requested Vivora (not in London) confirmed receipt of the package. Every email I sent chasing the refund was a automatic reply not pertaining to my refund. After exhausting the company customer service I had to instead use a chargeback through my bank account. Despite confirming they received the package, and then losing it, they disputed the chargeback. After 6 months I finally won the dispute. Awful customer service with no real communication over months of emails. Do not use!!

Shocking company ordered an eye cream that was rubbish would not refund as promised then they just ignore you . No customer service at all .

I also ordered a digital glucose monitoring device and got a Pulse Oximeter, a completely different instrument. The instructions are in Chinese and it does not work!

I ordered a digital glucose measuring devise from VIVO after seeing their advert on facebook. Three weeks later I received a digital pulse oximeter. (still in the box) The message received from VIVO was "Your Glucose Measuring device has arrived". I have sent numerous emails but have not received a response.
Waste of time and money.

Vivo London has truly impressed me with the Electrasavvy electricity-saving device! After using it for a while, I've seen a significant drop in my energy costs. Highly recommend!

This seller is misleading in every way; from promotional marketing to non delivery of goods you will pay for at point of sale.

I placed an order in good faith believing it was a UK based seller. It soon became apparent that was not the case based on the length of lead time for delivery. I tried to cancel my order based on that knowledge but the seller would not comply.

Eventually when my order was eventually delivered it was the completely wrong item.

All efforts on my part to resolve the issue with the seller to seek a refund have not been responded to.

Finally I had to raise a Visa dispute with my bank to recover my lost money but no guarantee I will be successful.

It turns out this seller is a scam and I’m not the only victim.

BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order. It’s not a UK company as advertised, my order took far too long and then I realised it had come from china. Hugely disappointed, contacted them for a refund and no one responds. AVOID.

Very disappointed and like a lot of other customers wish I had read reviews before placing order. Ordered Fungigone but received Ginger Oil, totally different product. The cost was £39.95 which I can say goodbye to. Having contacted Vivo several times with only 1 reply advising they would look into this. Having now read all other reviews I don’t expect to receive either a refund or the correct product.

Ordered Diabeasy device on 27 Feb, site promised 3-5 days delivery by Royal Mail. The device finally arrived on 11 March and was delivered by Evri. It is a Pulse Oximeter device not a diabeasy as promised. New batteries and the darn thing won't even switch on!!! All instructions are in Chinese, no english or other language instructions. Congratulations, you just got £20 out of me for nothing!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Please do not use this company I ordered a Diabeasy to check my blood sugar instead of finger pricks, I was sent pulse oximeter no good for diabetes! I will try and get my money back but I have sent them 3 emails already and no replies so cross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why does this website only sell clothing? I was sent a PULSE OXIMETER, when i ordered a DIABEASY METER, for my type 1 diabetic grandson. Shame on you for taking money under false pretenses from honest people!! There are a lot of negative responses on this company. I hope trustpilot investigates?

Ordered an eye cream through this company. It took over six weeks to arrive and was completely empty! I have asked for a refund a number of times now to no avail, they simply stop engaging. Awful company - do not use - a complete scam!

I saw an advert on Instagram for OceAura Body Detox Foot Masks. The picture on the advert led you to believe the price was for one box ( I can't remember how many packets there were in the box). It claimed the foot masks would be delivered by Tracked Royal Mail 48 hour, from the UK. What they don't tell you, is that it is only delivered by Royal Mail once it arrives from China. My order took 11 days to get here today and it's a tiny package with one sachet inside. One sachet that cost me £19.95. The same sachet is available online for under £5. I wish I'd known this sooner. The advert on Instagram went to great lengths to say how this has been developed in the UK, when in actual fact, if you read the back of the packet, it's manufactured in China. Please don't fall into the trap I did. Do not buy!!!!!

Scam company - do not use. Bought diabeasy blood glucose monitor and got a standard pulse oximeter. This rubbish came from China not London. Stay away from them

Another complete SCAM when will I learn! Bought to monitor my blood sugars as advertised. All it does is measure your pulse! DO NOT BUY! Thought I was buying from UK but it came from China so no chance of my 100% money back guarantee I don’t suppose!
