I bought a scorpion exo helmet, which retailed for $304 for $100 new. 2 days go by and i called to ask when my order woild be shipped and be expected to arrive as I had a motorcycle class within the week and the CS person told me it was cancelled tmdue to it not being in stock. I had cancelled my other order on Amazon because of the deal. I get it… they didnt have it in stock, understandable, it happens. I asked how they would rectify the situation. He offered me a full refund lmao… i was like can i get a discount on another helmet? Dude gave me an option for another exo with 10% off. What a slap in the face, from 66% off on my initial order to that was crazy… i asked to speak to a manager on several occasions with no luck. Highly unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering from here.

"BEWARE" My Son 16 year old Son spent $4,300 (He worked 2 summers to make that money) for wheels, springs and lugnuts, they sent the wrong color on one of the items and will not take it back but they will sell him the correct color item for full price and a discount for their mistake and take $9.00 off, "WHAT A JOKE THEY ARE" I talked to the sales person first then his Manager and then the owner, I told them it was not our mistake on the color, I have the whole conversation recorded and they also have the conversation recorded and said we did order red color not the blue color that they sent, once you get sent a order and it's wrong they will not make it right but they will sell you the correct one for full price. I highly recommend you buy somewhere else, I should have did my search looking for all the reviews online and not on their website then you will see what kind of business your dealing with, Like I said I talked to the salesmen to Manager and then to the Owner and they will still stick it to you even if your 16 years old.

when Rey (Business OWNER) responded to my review says they will replace it at their costs (MEANS) I paid $199 for the lugnuts and their costs is $190 thats only $9.00 off,

VIVID RACING IS A JOKE. and I still paid $199 + TAX for the first set, that means my 16 year old Son will have $400 of LUGNUTS. You fathers out there please ":BEWARE" if they make a mistake on your order and it's for your Son or Daughter plan on spending your hard earned cash to buy the correct parts.

Ordered two parts, one large and one small. The large part was not in stock and back ordered, so I canceled that item. The small part($4) was shipped and I was charged the original shipping cost so the $4 part ended up costing me $35. What a horrible company to deal with.

I would give zero stars if possible, double charged me for shipping and then sent a defective item. No willingness to remedy the situation, I would steer clear of these guys.

Couldn't find anywhere else to leave a review (like Google or their website) so figured I'd leave one here. They had helped me with some parts for a vehicle several years back and were helpful. But just recently I needed to find the invoice/breakdown of one of my purchases from back then, which was slightly over 4 years ago. I emailed Chris, which was the only record of communication that was still saved in my inbox. Not only did he get back to me with the info I needed, but did so within less than an hour of me emailing him. Just wanted to give props to their customer service!

They send broken parts and won´t send spare ore send the money back. I have written more then 10 Emails to the support. No solution. I send moren then 1.000€ for unsuable parts.
Don´t by there!!!

Had ZERO issues with this company. They sent me messages regarding my order as it was custom order and mentioned this can take about a month as the product needed to be built. My radiator arrived in a very well packaged box. Very nice radiator!!

Place is a joke ! Too expansive and no to little help! Everything over an email no phone calls back! Anyways this review is about the VR tune that I purchased and paid 1500$ 😂 and this was for 2005 mini Cooper S tune for this car with all the mods I have on it shouldn’t cost more then 350$ and this was not like my vehicle was in their shop 😂 no they sent me the tune and I did all the work!

I placed an order on 9 Sept and had to call them several times on status only to find out that it wasn't due to ship out until 3 October. On 3 October no status update, so I called again and the person tells me it will not ship until December??? I said immediately to cancel to which she proceeds to read me the rules for cancellation. Disappointing if not atrocious service. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHU G FRO. THIS SHADY PLACE!!!

Worst customer service, deceitful practices, and continual issues.

Ordered an item with priority overnight as I needed it immediately (paid $42 for shipping for a $160 item), then they changed my shipping method to ground without my approval (note: this violates the FTC "Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule" -- specifically, "If you can't ship when promised, you must notify the customer of the delay and the right to cancel." -- which they did not.

They have their product (they were able to divert it during transport with FedEx), but I am yet to receive a refund - not even on the shipping they didn't honor. Worst customer service, and if you call them, you will be sent to an overseas call center.

Per their response to my review -- they have not refunded the full amount, and even what they communicated in their "processing" email was different than what was received by my financial insitutiation.

The company is great, and their customer service is amazing! They didn't have the spotlights I wanted, but they gave me the next best thing. Then, they found out they had some in stock and sent them to me. Their support is quick and incredible. I'll definitely be back for more!

Ordered wheels in September of 2022. Was told it would be 9-10 months. It is now September of 2024 and they can't give me any information and I still don't have my wheels. Update- I was told it would now be December of 2024 potentially. Every time you request an update you will get a reply that adds 2-3 months. You can't connect with them through the chat and they generally don't care.

They are garbage with ship and customer service and they lie I would give them 0 stars but one is required. I have tried to place two different orders and they seem to have lost my orders and can never ship on time

Literally always have the best prices for name brand car parts, and all you do is put in information for your car and they show you every part that will fit your car. The hardest part is picking your favorite!

I ordered a body kit for my 350z last month 2024 an it came damaged an not only that I call back they claim to not do anything about it an came a week later than it was supposed to so I call to complain to someone named gabby which who didn’t help at all but then not only that the body kit I ordered didn’t even fit my car all the way so I talked to someone higher up an they claim they can’t give warranty or anything that the manufacturer have to give a yes so please save your money to somewhere else I promise there is better out there !
