Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic, thank you! Product was of high quality self adhesive vinyl wallpaper for my sons bedroom. Initially we have ordered different wallpaper design but had a change of heart and emailed to Vivawalls, who have promptly responded and amended order to another design. Customer service was superb! They have kept me informed of status of the order, even sent me photo of wallpaper being printed in their workshop. It was delivered safely and well packaged. It took me less than 1h to put it up on a wall, i needed a ladder and a DIY wallpaper kit from a local DIY store. Cannot complement enough how great it turned out! thank you so much! my 4 year old son loves it very much. Dinosaurs have invaded our house now!

Quality product

Absolut furchtbare Qualität

Absolut furchtbare Qualität. Laden verweigert Rückerstattung obwohl die Tapete stinkt und bei leichter Berührung abfärbt. Sie sagen dass wäre normal.

Good quality, promptly addressed concern

We ordered two different wallpapers. One for a bathroom and one for our nursery. The bathroom wallpaper was exactly as expected. The nursery wallpaper arrived and the design and scale had changed a bit since compared to the website. We did not like the changes to the pattern so we emailed. We received a prompt response and they agreed the product delivered was not the same as advertised so they fixed it by sending us a new design we liked.

The product quality is good, it is a thick fabric-like material so some threads can occur around cuts and the edge but would not say that is a problem, simple to tidy up at the end. I have never installed wallpaper before and I wouldn’t describe it as easy but I managed to get it installed and I think it looks good. Minus one star due to the design mixup but overall happy with the outcome.

Customer service is very helpful

Customer service is very helpful. I’ve been trying to get a new wall paper for my bedroom and it really makes the whole room stunning. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT BUY the canvass mural absolutely…

DO NOT BUY the canvass mural absolutely shocking quality and impossible to use. I have contacted vivawalls but no response yet? We had to stop half way I paid £224 for the paper, a days work for my decorator and we had to strip it off and I'm left with a mess. Save yourself any heartache and check reviews we have bout other murals from various other companies with no problems

We are genuinely sorry to read about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to pause your decorator’s work.

For clarity, your order was delivered on 15 December 2025, and we did not receive notification of any issue until recently. Our policy asks customers to report concerns within 5 days of delivery so that we can assess and resolve matters promptly and effectively. We couldn't break this rule, as it is not fair for the other customers.

However, in order to help you to solve your actual problems, our service department had a meeting together to discuss this special case. After reviewing the photos provided, the visible threads appear to be minor edge fraying typical of woven canvas material. This can sometimes occur during trimming and is normally resolved with careful finishing before installation. It does not indicate a structural defect in the mural itself.

That said, we take all feedback seriously. We have responded to you directly by email and remain open to discussing the matter further to find a constructive solution. As a goodwill gesture, we have also offered a 20% discount on a future order.

We are committed to maintaining high quality standards and continuously improving our products and service.

Do NOT buy the canvass wall paper

Do NOT buy the canvass wall paper - they send it with NO instructions on how to apply, then when I asked for instructions any my decorator did exactly as they said,there were fibres sticking out and they lie to my crad company that they offered to re-print. That is a lie. The material is SO thin and even with little glue aplied you can see the glue seeping through. I will never buy from this company again.

Parfait

Parfait, le rendu est magnifique pour le plus grand bonheur de mon.petit fils. Le Papier peint est epais et donc très facile à poser avec un résultat plus que parfait.
Le délai de livraison entre l achat et la réception a été de 7 jours.
