Viva Naturals Omdömen 

This is a Canadian company and although I live in Canada, the order ships from the U.S. After more than a month, I still hadn't received my order, and the Shop tracking was not updating. After they admitted to losing my order and refunding me, I foolishly re-ordered and now it's been 13 days and according to Shop tracking, they are "waiting for details." Surprisingly, on the actual Viva website, there is no tracking information available as the links to click and access your order don't work. The only way to track your order is to find the order confirmation email, which eventually links you to Shop with a QR code, but again, Shop is not providing any tracking info. It would be much less frustrating if Viva would provide their own tracking through their website. I object to having to use a 3rd party (Shop), that btw, stores all my credit card information without my permission. Viva gives customers no choice but to pay and track through Shop which I think is just poor customer service. . So frustrating. If you are an international customer, I recommend ordering through Amazon or maybe iHerb, who don't use Shop or find another brand with faster, more reliable shipping. Sorry Viva, I wish I had something nicer to say, but this has been incredibly frustrating.

Went back and forth 4 times about shipping and Karen refused to answer a question regarding shipping information. They use Shop/Shopify that wants access to scan your email. I was asking if there was tracking available using other options but apparently not. They will be happy to keep my money for 7-10 business days before they reverse a digital order.

Contracted for front and back garden work with an initial 3-week estimate, but the project extended to 5 weeks. Despite claiming a team of 3-5 workers, the majority of the job was handled by the husband, and additional help was only brought in towards the end. The contract, signed four weeks before the work began, included a £3000 deposit, but within a week, an additional £4000 was requested, leading to a significant slowdown in progress.

Verbal agreements made regarding specific details were later denied, and the business owner, a woman, often either forgot or claimed certain aspects were never discussed. Despite the initial promise of a 5-year guarantee, legal issues cropped up during the job, resulting in a reduction to only 6 months. This critical information was not added to the contract.

The signed contract appears to be one-sided, favoring the contractor without adequate provisions for customer protection. The overall conduct of the business is deemed unprofessional, and once the contract is signed, clients may feel entrapped, resembling a potential scam.

I had an extremely bad experience with Viva Naturals. I purchased $650 of products from Viva Naturals and they advertise a Money-Back Guarantee saying “We’re really proud of the products we make. But, if you’re unhappy with your Viva Naturals purchase for any reason, just let us know within 90 days. We’ll be happy to refund your money, no questions asked and no hard feelings.” I also saw the small print saying “Our Money-Back Guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of a product and orders $100 or less.” When I had problems with their Omega-3 fish oil and tried to avail of their advertised guarantee and requested a refund for the first $100 of my order (which was $399 total) Viva Naturals said they would not honor their Money-Back Guarantee because my order was MORE than $100, even though I only asked them to honor the guarantee for the first $100 of my order.

I've placed three orders with Viva Naturals (Order #149902 for $399.40, #149905 for $159.76, #152323 for $86.68) and they have treated me like garbage.

Multiple times, they have falsely advertised their policies (rewards, guarantee, etc.) and I have not held them accountable for it. Now they are twisting their Money-Back Guarantee to avoid honoring it, even though I paid them over $600 in good faith and have over $40 in unused rewards. Their product is one thing, but all I asked was for them to advertise honestly and treat me fairly when something goes wrong.

Review: Well When I went to take a Antarctic Krill oil capsule of theirs I recently bought the capsule crushed in my grip but nothing leaked out! This made me look at the capsule in front of a light bulb and to my surprise it was less than half full!
I examined all the capsules in the bottle and they were all the same.
This is troubling to me because I just switched to this brand because of the price but every other brand I have ever used of the same dosage had the same size capsules but the were full!
I tried calling the company but could reach no one and had to leave a voice message with my number and email address but have not heard back.
Buyer beware! I have no idea if this is a deceitful practice or a malfunction but either way filling capsules just halfway gives the appearance of deception I would not think a company who cares about their reputation would ignore!
Update: 6 weeks have passed since I left voicemails with this company but have gotten zero response. Not a good sign!

Review: i ordered the triple strength omega 3's 180 count and take 2 a day, they lasted just over a month. i wasn't paying attention on the length of time between ordering. 2nd time i ordered viva naturals triple strength omega 3 180 count through amazon on July 16,2020 delivered 7/22/220. I take 2 a day and it should lake me 3 months to finish according to the packaging. i believe there is a possible mislabel ...intentionlly? hope not, but I'm not sticking around to find out. i hope nutri gold delivers what they sell!

Title: Capsule Leakage
Review: 1) Just wish the customer rep who took my orders (bought two orders) be more helpful by telling me that there will be a Black Friday special coming soon. A few dollars saved means a lot to people on fixed income.
2) The last bottle I opened from the previous batch had leakage. It smells offensive. Hope the new orders won't have that leaking issue.

Purchased fish oil from Viva Naturals, and my family members all like it a lot!! Highly recommended!

VN's Vitamin C and Krill Oil are high quality. Customer for the foreseeable future.

We made our order and waited two weeks for the delivery, the wrong product was sent. We called and got the problem fixed and sent out the correct product. A week and a half later we received a package in the mail from Viva, we opened it up to find the correct product but only half of what we ordered. How many times can an order be massed up. Maybe it’s time to find another supplier!!

I have way too many bottles. Don’t need any for months.

I have tried several different ones and this is by far the best. No after effects. Will definitely be buying more

I have purchased from this company for the past two and a half years. Whenever I have a question about an item or needed information about an item they were so quick to respond. just recently I had an issue with an order I placed and it was resolved immediately. The customer support is excellent.

I’ve found that the krill oil l use has helped with my knees.

Viva Naturals Omega-3 Fish Oil is excellent. Keeps our triglycerides in check and it doesn't taste fishy.

I have been impressed with the product and Viva's quick responses when I had an issue with broken pills and messy bottles. I was given and immediate response and a promise that it would be looked into and corrected. Viva kept their word. On my very next delivery they had doubled the cotton in each bottle so the pills don't rattle around and even wrapped each pill box in double bubble wrap. Every delivery since then has been perfect. Thank you for listening and acting on my concerns. My wife and I have been using your Krill Oil since 2014 and have felt better for it. We purchase 6 bottles every 3 months using the 90 day subscription method which offers a significant savings. Thank you.
