Bonjour , tout d abord . Je remercie l'équipe Vitrin Clinic . Les avis très positifs sont largement mérités.
L' approche avec un conseiller que j ai eue sur Facebook, m' a mis en confiance contrairement à d autres ( c est ce détail qui m'a décidé de faire mon choix ) . L'équipe commerciale, médicale est parfaite .L'organisation ( rdv , communication, transport, hébergement, interprète qui me suit ) est au top.
Je suis venu en décembre pour la pose d implants qui etait prévue lors de ce séjour. Mais un contretemps malheureusement a contrarié ce plan. Je suis sous anticoagulant ( que j avais signalé largement lors des echanges avec le service médical ) . J ai passé tous les examens à mon arrivée ( radiographie, visite chez le chirurgien dentiste etablissement du devis definitif ) sans problème. Mais lorsque la 1 ere phase ( détartrage ) devait commencer, tout a été stoppé net pour m envoyer chez un cardiologue qui s est opposé à la poursuite du traitement. La raison : j aurais dû suspendre ma prise d' anticoagulant 4 jours avant l'intervention et suivre un protocole de remplacement ) . Mon cardiologue personne avait donne son aval pour cette opération, mais sans mettre cette condition . Mais ce que je reproche à Vitrin Clinic , il aurait dû me prévenir s il y avait un doute .Je suis donc allé en Turquie pour rien . ( 5 jours ) . J ai eu des frais inutiles ( avion , restauration ) .
Apres avoir mis en place le protocole, je suis revenu le 21 janvier .Tout s est très bien passé. ( super hotel ) . J ai réglé la restauration et également l avion .
Je dois donc retourner dans 3 mois a 4 mois environ pour poser les couronnes définitives . Mais apparemment tous les frais seront à ma charge ( avion, hébergement, restauration ) . Ce qui signifie que mon budget va exploser par rapport à ce qui été prévue à l origine . L' erreur qui a été commise ( absence de protocole ) est à mettre autant sur mon cardiologue que sur le service médical de Vitrin Clinic.
Je demande donc à Vitrin Clinic de revoir sa position pour ce 3 eme séjour.
Ce qui m est arrivé personnellement pourra servir d' expérience à l'avenir et empêcher que cela se reproduise ultérieurement.
Mise à part cela ( qui est très très contraignant pour moi ) ,je recommande totalement Vitrin Clinic et je vous encourage à franchir le pas sans hésitation avec Vitrin Clinic. J attends maintenant un retour positif de Vitrin Clinic à ma doléances.

On first contact with Vitrin I found then professional and very understanding I visited Istanbul in November 2025 and was collected from airport and taken to my 5 star hotel I was very impressed when I arrived at the clinic they were very helpful and I found the set up amazing After consultation and X-ray my treatment was discussed The surgery was carried out by a lady surgeon (sorry forgot her name) she was very understanding and considerate I suffered no pain following my all on 6 treatments on both upper and lower jaw I look forward in going back in February for completion of my treatment David

The welcoming staff team were excellent and professional. Just sitting in a clean waiting area made me feel very comfortable. Each representative at every station explain in detail the procedures. Today I am waiting for the second stage of the procedure.

Très bonne clinic mais si il y a eu un peus de complications par rapport à l'état de mes gencives, le personnel rien a dire très professionnels et a l'écoute.

Alors, je suis venu de base dans une autre clinique pour implant et couronne et j’ai vu que des mauvais avis
C’est alors que j’ai trouvé cette clinique pour poser ma couronne car l’implant a été posé ailleurs
Ce que j’en ai pensé : ils ont été très réactif, hyper accueillant c’était fluide les interprètes, commerciaux etc ont été vraiment adorable et ont répondu à toutes les questions que j’avais

Le dentiste a été très minutieux et s’est très bien occupé de moi. L’équipe était vraiment génial et ça m’a vraiment rassurée d’être passée par eux

Donc si il y a des français qui me lise je vous recommande cette clinique :)

Désolé que je n'ai pas répondu de suite.
Après mon passage en Turquie, deux jours après, je suis repartie en Algérie pour me reposer et je ne suis rentré que depuis une semaine.
Pour vous rassurer, je vais très bien, je ne ressens aucune douleur, sauf que les points de suture tardent à être absorbés.
Pour l'instant je n'ai pas encore mis ma prothèse dentaire à cause des files et une légère sensibilité à la mâchoire supérieure (dans l'ensemble tout va bien).
Concernant mon séjour à Istanbul pour mes soins dentaires à Vitrinclinic :
J'ai été comblé et très satisfait de l'accueil, du travail et de l'organisation, c'était parfait.
Au préalable, j'ai été bien informé et préparé par le consultant Yacine que j'ai beaucoup d'éloges à son égard, car il m'a suivi pendant 4 mois et demi, il a su me convaincre, apporter des réponses à mes questions même les plus idiote, éloigné mes doutes et crainte, me rassurer et éloigner mes peurs ( un consultant très actif et très méritant).
Je suis arrivé à l'aéroport de Istanbul, j'étais attendu et conduit à l'hôtel Ramada avec grand respect et beaucoup de sérieux.
L'hôtel Ramada est un vrai palace, que sa soit du côté accueil, propreté et disponibilité, surtout le petit déjeuner. Il y' en a pour tout les goûts (très très variées, du sucré au salé) il n'y a rien à dire, c'est un vrai palace.
Les différents chauffeurs sont très courtois, accueillants, respectueux et très professionnels.
L'interprète était très gentil, patient, très professionnel et présent à tout moment.
La chirurgienne, très professionnelle, patiente, à l'écoute. Elle métrise sa spécialité à la perfection, elle a fait un très bon travail en peu de temps. J'ai été très à l'aise et tranquille pour confier ma bouche à ses soins.
L'équipe moulage, sont très courtois, très gentils et très professionnels.
Pour finir, j'ai été très heureux et content d'avoir suivi des soins dentaires à l'établissement Vitrinclinic, entouré de professionnels sachant leurs travail sur les bouts des doigts, je me suis sentie comme à la maison entouré d'amis.
C'est un établissement que je recommanderai à mes proches et amis sans hésitation.

Rien à redire ! Que du positif ! Une hygiène inégalable en France , des docteur passionné qui aiment leurs travail et qui prennent soin de chasing de leurs patient , soucis du détail et de la perfection !

Un suivis excellent du départ de la France à l’arrivé en Turquie , des chauffeur avec de super véhicule type Mercedes classe V maybach ou équivalent ! Vraiment ça fait riche 😅

Plusieurs avis de médecin sur place pour comparer les avis , avec débat entre eux pour faire juste ce qui est nessessaire sans en rajouter pour extorquer de l’argent , vraiment un très bon compromis pour 6 fois moins que la France avec un suivis 10 fois meilleur !

Allez y les yeux fermé , vous ne serrez pas déçu , tant qu’à faire aller y de ma part 😝

Joseph is without question the future of this company. Although Joseph was not physically in the clinic, he was constantly involved from start to finish, coordinating everything from behind the scenes and remaining in constant communication by phone. From planning and explaining options, to answering questions and checking in regularly, Joseph made sure both myself and my mother were fully supported at every stage. Even after returning home, his communication continued, ensuring we were both looked after and informed. His professionalism, leadership, and dedication are a massive asset to the company.

Specialist Doctors & Surgeons – Dr Melih, Dr Ziya & Dr Ismail
Before arriving, I didn’t know exactly what treatment I needed and originally thought I wanted the same treatment as my mother. Once at the clinic, the specialists carried out proper scans, in-depth tests, and full assessments, and took the time to clearly explain what treatment was genuinely needed.
Dr Melih explained my root canal treatment clearly and calmly, Dr Ziya carried out the PMMA work with incredible attention to detail, and Dr Ismail handled the implant and surgical work with confidence and precision. Nothing unnecessary was pushed.

As a result, my teeth were saved where possible, and my treatment involved root canals, teeth being shaved down, implants, and temporary restorations.
My mother required extremely complex work including a full extraction, bone shaving, bone grafts, sinus lifts, and 12 implants, and the care shown — especially considering her type 2 diabetes and discoid lupus — was outstanding.

Pain management and aftercare were handled extremely well. Every member of the team played a part in ensuring we were comfortable, properly medicated, and fully informed. Pain relief, antibiotics, and aftercare instructions were all explained clearly, and we were never left unsure or uncomfortable.

Mr. Bilal – Medical Consultant
Mr. Bilal was a huge support, particularly with my mother’s treatment. He worked with us on pricing, adjustments, and discounts when additional work was required, ensuring everything remained fair and manageable. His professionalism and understanding made a big difference.

Khadija – Patient Care
Khadija was constantly checking in and always available, making sure we were comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the process. She is a massive asset to the clinic.

Catherine – Translator & On-Site Support
Catherine was incredible — more than a translator, she was like a best friend on site. She always looked out for us, organised everything seamlessly, and made sure nothing felt overwhelming.

Katia – Aftercare Team
Katia continued the care even after we returned home, available 24/7 to check in, provide guidance, and make sure recovery was progressing well. That level of aftercare is rare and deeply appreciated.

The receptionists, coffee doctors, drivers, coordinators, and all on-site staff contributed to a truly 5-star experience, from airport transfers to appointment organisation.

We will both be returning in six months to complete our treatment and genuinely cannot wait to return. This clinic is beautiful, modern, and filled with specialists, but what truly sets it apart is the people, ethics, and genuine care.

We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend this clinic.
