I received excellent service from the very beginning, especially from my medical coordinator, Anna. She provided me with all the information and guidance I needed and, most importantly, gave me the confidence to take my first step toward Turkey.
Without her support, professionalism, and trust, I don't think I would have felt as comfortable taking this step. I am still in the process, but I already truly appreciate the way I have been welcomed and how well you have been taking care of me throughout the aftercare process.

Начал установку имплантов в данной клинике и в целом остался очень доволен. Организация перелёта и трансфера, а также проживание в отеле было на высшем уровне.Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный. Лечение проходило быстро и без особого дискомфорта, не смотря на то, что процедура удаления зубов далеко не из приятных.

С 19 по 20 августа 2026 проводился первый этап имплантации в клинике Витрин.Стамбул моего мужа.Я его сопровождала на всех этапах лечения..На всех этапах пребывания в Стамбуле видели только профессионалов своего дела.Команда врачей,менеджеры,водители,сотрудники отеля,представитель послеоперационного сопровождения Алина-все работают в тандеме сплочённо и слаженно а гланое-результативно.После операции и на следующий день не было ни отёка,ни боли,ни дискомфорта,а ведь установлено было сразу одновременно 4 импланта.Обращаюсь с благодарностью ко всему персоналу клинике и руководящему составу за такой позитивный визит.Второй этап операции назначен через 4 месяца.Обязательно вернёмся в клинику

Eine sehr gute und erfolgreiche Behandlung
Eine sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Clinic mit sehr entspannter Atmosphäre und hohem Service vom Personal angefangen vom Eingang! Die Ärzte untersuchen alles sehr genau und geben auch eine sehr gute Beratung und Aufklärung. Sie führen die nötige Behandlung von Zähnen sehr genau, sauber und gewissenhaft durch. Sogar mit meiner etwas schweren gesundheitlichen Vorgeschichte hat mein Chirurg eine professionelle OP unter der Narkose durchgeführt. Nach der OP habe ich mich erstaunlich gut gefühlt 🙏🙏bei mir hat er Knochenaufbau sinusflit oben, 3 Zähne gezogen und 8 implantate eingesetzt.ich werde auch nach der OP und auch jetzt zu Hause weiterhin sehr fürsorglich und herzlich weiter betreut. Einen herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team und die Ärzte für eure Arbeit mit Herz und Seele 🙏ihr seid auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Посетил данную клинику в июле 2026 года. Прилетел чтобы поставить элайнеры, но выбрал их по рекомендации моего друга, который здесь их также устанавливал, потому уже была уверенность в надёжности этого места. Брал полный пакет где был и трансфер с аэропорта, и отель, и доставка меня с отеля в больницу и обратно. Был приятно удивлен что относились ко мне почтенно, ощущал себя каким-то вип-клиентом, хотя как понимаю, это здесь стандартное поведение для всех клиентов. Всегда предлагали чай/кофе, интересовались моим состоянием, даже в whatsapp'е после каждого приема отписывались о моем самочувствии. Также был личный переводчик, Микан, воспитанный парень, вежливый, показал себя не только как порядочный сотрудник, но и приятный собеседник. Врачи сделали свою работу быстро, ортодонт и сам носит такие же элайнеры, которые установили мне, не думаю что они бы стали это делать, будь их продукт плохим. Всю информацию по лечению дали, элайнеры уже ношу, через десять месяцев вернусь сюда с ровными зубами, чтобы снять аттачменты. В целом, клиникой доволен, так как я получил точно то, за чем приехал, проблем не было, обслужили гостеприимно, рекомендовать могу

Worst place!
They promise one thing and then do something completely different. My mouth is a mess because of them! It smells bad and it hurts. They said they would contact me, but then they simply disappeared. They are trying to sell cheap implants at an expensive price! They forgot to make my mother’s denture after her first appointment. We agreed that they would use high-quality implants, but then they started placing completely different ones that we had never agreed on. Another doctor came in and said, “What are you doing? You were supposed to use Straumann implants.” So they had to remove the cheap implants they had already placed and replace them with the correct ones. Then they forgot about my mother for several days, until I started calling them and demanding answers. On the very last day, in the final few hours, they finally put her teeth in. I think that if I hadn’t started calling and demanding answers, she would have had to change her flight! They are constantly looking for ways to squeeze more money out of you. On the second visit, even though we had an all-inclusive package, they asked us to pay extra for the hotel! I spend a lot, and now i need to find another dentist to fix they job! And remember, photos before amd after! Photoshop! Especially when it comes to teeth whitening. Please, do not make my mistake and dont use this company. If you dont believe, i can send proofs, screenshots of our conversations. Never ever! Now i need to spend more money and time to fix they job!!!

Вся клиника работает исключительно для создания эффекта, который на практике не стоит ничего, это очередная клиника в Турции по выкачиванию из вас денег, за два визита и 15000 евро я не получил практически ничего, кроме постоянных обещаний, уровень предоставления помощи ниже некуда, постоянные ошибки и просчёты в лечении, обман и увеличения стоимости лечения. Это мошенники в чистом виде. После очередных промежуточных процедур они просят вас оставить положительный отзыв, который никак не отражает реального результата. Будьте бдительны! Согласно вашему ответу, будьте добры, ответьте, как можно было установить другие импланты, которые не прижились? Где компенсация? Где результат лечения и потраченных денег? Где прайс лист? Почему ваши счета увеличиваются вдвое по приезду в клинику? Ложь, обман и мошенничество! Я веду переписку с вашей клиникой уже больше года, я не получил ничего, кроме пустых слов!

During my implant treatment at Vitrin Clinic, their team severely damaged my nerve. Instead of taking responsibility, providing emergency intervention, or offering genuine medical support, they simply brushed off this life-altering injury by telling me it will take 12 to 18 months to recover. Leaving a patient to suffer through months of potential permanent nerve damage with zero local recourse is unacceptable and negligent.
What you need to know before booking:
Life-Altering Complications: I am now dealing with persistent nerve injury, numbness, and pain due to their improper implant placement/technique.
Fake & Misleading Reputation: The reality of how they treat patients when a procedure goes disastrously wrong is night and day compared to their marketing.
Once you fly home, you are completely on your own to bear the financial and physical cost of fixing their mistakes.
Avoid Vitrin Clinic at all costs, and think twice before traveling to Turkey for dental work. Saving money on a procedure is not worth permanently damaging your health.
