Poor company service
Paid and Ordered items on Sunday 2nd March had not received email to confirm dispatch so on the 3rd emailed them, to get a reply day later to say half my order was out of stock and would i like a refund for the non stocked items, on the 5th i replied back to say post the items you do have in stock and refund me back for the items that our out of stock it is now the 11th no refund, So on the 12th now and everything has been sorted out now i believe that they did have email issues and thanks to Ellie everything is sorted now Thank you .

100% recommend
Drinks are really yummy, heathy and low in calories. Especially enjoyed the orange, mango and passion fruit one and the apple and elderflower. Really great customer service and quick delivery.

Placed order and money taken but not received the goods
I placed an order with this company on 6 Jan. So far I have the receipt as it shows on my Shop app but received no communication from the company. I have contacted them to investigate but seems a bit worrying they took the money and done nothing. I have bought from them in the past but it was some months ago. I hope they are still operating or haven’t gone out of business or just taken the payment.

We apologise for the sub-standard service. We first heard of the issue when you contacted us last Thursday, and subsequently posted a review on the same day. We investigated the issue and confirmed that your order went to our distribution partner as normal but they misplaced the products in question. We followed up with our distributor who confirmed that the drinks were delivered the following day.
We hope the delay does not affect your enjoyment of our drinks.
