Meeting Vitapera was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The entire process was well-organized, transparent, and comfortable. The team’s care, communication, and professionalism were outstanding. I highly recommend them with full confidence.

Very professional, easy to deal with from start to finish. Easy airport pick up, transfers to the Radisson hotel, doctors and nurse's very kind, caring, listen to what you want and will advise you of what procedures will work together and what is best for you and your recovery. Yunus is very attentive and helpful and goes beyond his job remit to assist and help patients while your there. And even when your home after surgery messaging to make sure you are ok. Doctor came to visit each day while you are in hospital and any concerns that you may have are dealt with immediately.
The only negative I could give the hospital is that the food is VILE. So I would recommend getting some food to bring with you that you could use boiling water to make. Every meal is full of carbs, and you aren't asked what you would like, e.g chicken, fish, meet, salad, fruit, you were just given a tray of food and you either eat it or starve. for a private hospital the food is a huge let down and the staffs lack of English is also a factor that I found hard to deal with. I know we have google translate but its not the same as understanding what someone is saying directly to you.

I had a CO2 laser treatment done here and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My skin looks brighter, smoother, and so much more even-toned. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring — they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Everyone here is amazing at what they do! Highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering skin rejuvenation treatments!

I have been looking for 3/4 months at clinics and hospitals in Istanbul for my surgery, i chose Vitapera because of Asli’s great help and communication. I felt like she listened to me and what i wanted, and didn’t add her own preferences. I only wanted a female surgeon so she gave me a few options and after my own research of them i chose Dr Nermin Mammadova.

I had my surgery 6th of may. It’s been 7 week since my surgery and I’m very happy with the result en how the journey went overall. What i recommend is flying to Istanbul 1 day before the date they give you. For example if you have the surgery on 8th of july, don’t fly in the 7th of july but fly in the 6th. That way you have an extra day to have a consultation with the surgeon and prepare yourself mentally.

Overall my experience was great and my healing has been good too. 🌸 Thanks to Asli and Dr Nermin.

Pretesi dati sensibili (foto e relazioni mediche), aspettavo valutazioni e preventivo di spesa su revisioni chirurgiche, a seguito di danni estetici subìti da precedenti interventi in Turchia. Tuttavia, le risposte dopo tanto tempo sono state evasive, inconcludenti e palesemente improprie, per altro cessando la conversazione con un rifiuto ingiustificato del mio caso. Questo stesso modus di rifiutare pazienti già operati, specialmente se con complicanze, sembra una prassi che rivela una pavidità nel contrastare il pessimo lavoro dei colleghi.
Le mie richieste di un preventivo di spesa e fattibilità su interventi specifici, quindi, sono state sistematicamente ignorate, a riprova che le mie esigenze non siano state considerate.
L'atteggiamento di consulenti delle agenzie collegate che hanno osannato i propri medici, per poi rifiutare il mio caso è stato di una professionalità mai riscontrato prima in ambito medico!
Sconsiglio affidarsi a chi non rende trasparenza e competenza.

Le vostre precisazioni sono fuori luogo, perché nessuno vi ha mai attribuito la responsabilità di ciò che ho subìto da terzi.
Le vostre presunzioni confermano come non abbiate capito nulla, perchè infondo della relazione clinica trasmessa non l'avete nemmeno letta, dato che ho subito un solo intervento, e non "più di uno" come insinuate! Inoltre, non vi permetto l’impertinenza d’insinuare che io stia cercando un "colpevole" tra chi non c'entri nulla, atteso non sia così “cretino” da rivolgermi a voi proprio per questo! La mia richiesta era chiara: ottenere una valutazione e un preventivo per una revisione chirurgica.
Affermare che mi siano state fornite "tutte le informazioni necessarie" e che abbiate parlato con me telefonicamente è una palese menzogna. Nessuno mi ha dato alcuna informazione utile e non c'è mai stata alcuna telefonata! Per messaggio, invece, mi avete semplicemente liquidato dicendo che i vostri medici non accettavano il caso, senza fornire alcuna giustificazione plausibile, nemmeno dopo mie specifiche richieste del perché... dunque, che vi piaccia o no, il non rispondere più alle mie domande si chiama “scortesia” e non professionalità!
Infine, proprio perché "non conoscete i danni alla pelle, ai muscoli e ai nervi del viso", come del resto voi stessi ammettete, fareste molto meglio a continuare a tacere come avete fatto sinora, anziché sprofondare ancora di più nell’imbarazzo presumendo addirittura la “gravità” di ciò che, per vostra ammissione, non siete in grado di giudicare prendendovi la responsabilità che, per altro, non vi è stata mai pretesa. Ci sono altri professionisti che si esprimono in tutt'altro modo sulla mia situazione, ma verso voi la mia richiesta era un preventivo, non la ricerca di "capri espiatori da colpevolizzare".
So perfettamente come comportarmi con il medico che mi ha rovinato e non vi ho chiesto consigli su come muovermi in tal senso. Piuttosto che non rispondermi più e cercare di giustificarvi solo qui per tentare di salvare la faccia, sarebbe stato molto più professionale e onesto ammettere di non avere la capacità o la volontà d’intervenire nel mio caso per taluni motivi che mio sarebbero anche stati utili, anziché liquidarmi e poi fingervi qui parte offesa!
Per tutti questi motivi, la recensione negativa ve la meritate appieno e senza riserve.

Please stay away from this botchers clinic, its a man that has made the company up, and uses 2 surgeons as a ad hoc ,as an where , they hirer out the hospital to use there theatre, my body has been left botched a total mess an neither the surgeon or the fake clinic are trying to help me ....do not let the co- ordinator

USING FALSE IMAGES. USING IMAGES FROM ANOTHER CLINIC - VERY SCARY AND MISLEADING. SHOULD BE REPORTED AND WOULD BE WARY OF BOOKING WITH A CLINIC THAT DOES NOT USE THEIR OWN IMAGES ON THEIR WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA. HAVE MESSAGED TO DISCUSS THIS AND NOT HEARD BACK YET. SHOCKING!

I have had BBL and liposuction at Vitapera Clinic. I made an inquiry and they reached me on WhatsApp. Everything was planned for me. The hospital was very clean and professional and the nurses were so nice. Special thanks to the whole team and the doctor, he listened to what I want and he gave me the results I wanted. I had dental implants too. I will come back for a second visit. Thank you Vitapera.

I decided to go with Vitapera for a Gastric sleeve after months of researching hospitals in Turkey and home in England and other countries. I narrowed it down to 2 companies in Istanbul one being Vitapera and Asli the coordinator was amazing from beginning to end! She spoke amazing English and answered all my questions and constantly sent pictures and information via WhatsApp to me and any medical questions she couldn't answer she found out from the doctors and got straight back to me, such a warm helpful friendly lady.
I booked very last minute due to work and family as she was amazing working with me to accommodate me. I paid a deposit and booked my own flights and the rest gets paid once you are there.
You can bring a friend included in the price but unfortunately I didn't have any one able to come but that was okay. I arrived early hrs of Wed morning and was greeted by Asli at the airport and a private chauffeur took me to the hospital. I had to firstly sign lots of paperwork and then i was taken straight to do pre op tests of a chest xray, full blood tests and an ecg, you certainly don't have that in the UK!
I then was taken to my private room, it was small but very nice and private modern bathroom that was more like a hotels. It was spotless! The next day I was obviously nil by mouth as I was due to have my op that morning. In this time the cleaners were in cleaning my room, fresh towels again and they did this ever day for my 4 days there! The area around me at the hospital was kept immaculately clean the whole time. My surgery was delayed as the Anaesthetist was concerned about my ecg and I had pre warned them I have a heart fault but has been fully tested and it's my own fault for for forgetting to bring a letter confirming my heart is all okay.
But I managed to go through my medical records online on my GP's records and find a letter and then copied to asli straight away passed it to the medical team and then we were full steam ahead. They were very caring and friendly as I was taken down to surgery.
I woke up and once out of recovery was taken to my private room. For the 4 days i was at the hospital the care from the nurses was very good I was given daily fluids and pain relief through my canula also given a pain relief injection and a anti clotting injection, I was also checked in the night and obs done all the day of my blood pressure oxygen levels and temperature. The surgeon and doctor visited a few times to check on my recovery too, their English is not great, but they did always used their phone to talk into and translate which was fine. Asli was only a message away if I had any concerns.
The only 1 time thing negative is the nurses also don't speak much English but it helped for me to use my phone to ask questions and translate it to them. After the 4 days at the hospital I was them taken to the Raddison hotel which was beautiful, I had a gorgeous room and it has an amazing Spa, i don't think I have ever felt so relaxed, the breakfast selection was amazing! Obviously I couldn't eat the amazing selection due to gastric surgery but I did have some juice, Tea and Egg yokes and soup for Dinner.
After my 2 lovely days relaxing I was picked up again by the private chauffeur and taken to the airport. Everything from the beginning to the end went so well and I am so glad I went with Vitapera I Hope to go back in a year and have a mummy make over. I wouldn't go with any other company now. The aftercare time given to me was far superior to any I have had in England. I even contacted a private clinic in England when I was shopping around and they charged £10,000 for the same operation with No pre op tests and only 1 night in hospital! I was flabbergasted what I was given for a fraction of the cost.
I totally recommend Vitapera!!!

I chose Vitapera due to the excellent communication I had with Asli from the start. I was able to ask any question I had and they were promptly answered. From the time we arrived in Istanbul, everything was well organised from our transport to our hotel. My surgeon was wonderful and I saw him 3 or 4 times during my time there. Although I am still healing my results are fantastic and I feel like I have been well taken care of by Vitapera and Asli.
