I have always had a good experience until my recent order. The order had a mistake in it and my item was exchanged very easily. Good quality products and Canadian products which are very important to me. I purchase AOR Vitamin B and Omega-3, Aquaomega Brand. Prices are good.

I have ordered from. Vitamin Tree for several years now. Their supplements are priced below other suppliers. Recommended by my Naturopath as high quality supplements, unlike some you buy in the drug store. Customer Service is amazing. I have forgotten something from time to time and they have added it to my order. They always respond to my questions. Free delivery over a certain amount…has never been an issue for me. Can’t go wrong!

I ordered large size of the collagen and iron pills. The order came fast. I like both products. I reordered the collagen but in larger size. When it came it was the small size. I wrote back to let them know that I got the wrong product size and they immediately resent the right ones. Just got them. I'm pretty satisfied with the service and pricing
