I had a great experience being there, you should try this once.

They don't deserve even one star. Charged my credit card but never received merchandise. The phone number is someone's personal cell phone. Buyer Beware. Wish I would have found this web sit sooner.

I'm still waiting my product brought 3 weeks ago supposed time deliver 5 - 7 days...don't trust this company is not serious robe your money

This company ought to be shut down immediately! They don't respond to any emails or have a working phone number. Pay pal listed a merchant phone number. (631) 514- 5364. I called it. A man answered and hung up immediately! Beware of online scammers & wash rag thieves!!!!

Ordered supplement needed for medical reasons 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing. There is no phone number. I have written 2 emails asking for tracking numbers or info on where my stuff is. Have gotten no response whatsoever. Wrote a third email through PayPal and still no answer. I have now turned this case over to paypal and hope to get my $70 back. I really needed this supplement as suggested by my Dr. I'm very upset. No good company. Do not use!

I got worried after ordering from this company and reading the reviews here. However my supplement showed up within a week of ordering and was the correct product. So wanted to leave a positive review. I'm sorry others had issues.

They took forever to confirm an item was bought, weeks to ship the item and respond to emails. I returned the item when it came in weeks later because I had to order it from somewhere else and it wasn't the product I needed anyway. They havent refunded my money like they said they would. They have no information on their site for anything so that should be a clue that they aren't legit. I have a PayPal case opened up against them but it still hasn't been resolved. I'm about to open up a BBB complaint as well. Do not order form here.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a supplement three days ago for my sick son, and this morning found a refund in my email inbox with no reason or explanation. Went to the site to see if the supplement was out of stock, nope, but they had raised the price of the item $3.78 and excluded free shipping on it. Who does this? I hope their petty business practice is worth losing customers and all these negative reviews, guess they can afford to treat customers this way? Will gladly buy from their reputable competitors. I ordered 2 supplements almost 3 weeks ago and the order hasn't even been processed yet. There was no notice of back order or any notification at all that the order wouldn't be sent in timely manner. This is UNACCEPTABLE! These supplements are MEDICINE. Now, Thanks to vitaminsforus, I'm completely out.

This company doesn’t even carry most of the supplements they advertise AND has Horrible communication. It took them 3 weeks to discover they didn’t have my order in stock. I contacted the manufacturer directly (Xymogen) – And they told me this site is NOT even an AUTHORIZED seller & to be careful purchasing from sites like this because they can’t guarantee authenticity! I’ve since found a doctor that carries these products. BUT I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH A SHADY SITE LIKE THIS ONE AGAIN!

Ordered supplements a week ago have not received even an email. They have no phone no listed.I sent an email which did not go through..I called the bank and they gave me a phone number. I called and the answering service came up immediately. I have to report this company to the BBB.I hope others will do same.

So ordered 10 bottles of the Bluebonnet L-Arginine L-Ornathine (I'd posted the link but TrustPilot said it's not allowed.. but you can go see for yourself.. I took screen shots in case they decided to post the correct picture and modify the title) both the picture and the title say it's the 100 ct. A few days after I ordered, I hadn't even gotten an email from them. I email them... no response. Seeing that they don't have a phone # listed on their website I call my bank, and in turn they give me their # which turned out to be PayPal's #, PayPal in turn gave me their # which happened to be a cell phone for someone who probably hadn't have his coffee yet. Then I get an email response telling me I should expect my product "late this week or early next week". I respond back asking for a tracking #... and no response. The following week I get my product even though they're in long Island and I'm in NYC (a short drive) (it took way too long) and it was the 50 count bottles not the 100 count. [name], lacked courtesy in talking with me stating that even though the picture and the title are of the 100 count, I should have paid attention the SKU???? nonetheless I ask for a refund, and she said she'll send me a "call ticket" (whatever that meant as I'd never heard that term before). A few days later I inquire, she said she'd mailed it... I'm still waiting... This company is terrible... and now I wonder who gave them 5 stars... it's a joke.

I ordered a vitamin called interfase plus to kill of SIBO in the gut. After ordering I found out that I couldn't take it because I have mercury toxcity. They want me to return and then take back 30% for restocking fee for one bottle of pills. That's an outrageous amount to charge back plus I have to pay for shipping and I still get no product.

Found this site through Google and ordered because they had what seemed to be a good price on a supplement I had recently started. One week after ordering, I checked the website, status was "pending". So I sent an email asking for information. I got a prompt response which was good, they asked for a order number and a possible different name that order could be under. I sent the info back within a few hours and then nothing. Three days later I checked the website again and the order had disappeared. Again contacted them to request they contact me and expressed dissatisfaction. I also contacted my bank since by then it had been a full two weeks since I ordered and no product yet my bank account had been debited two days after I ordered. Finally, 15 days after the initial order, I got 3 of the 4 items (shipping date on invoice was same date I disputed the charge with my bank, go figure) and an email from customer service asking me to notify my bank that I had gotten my order.
There were a few more emails from there and my 4th item did finally arrive soon after but the way this was all handled was pretty poor in my opinion. The website does say allow for 5 business days for order to be processed. I did not receive any confirmation email from them saying my order had been received or was being processed so I had no idea what was going on. And the lack of response from them regarding my request for information about the order was concerning because I got worried I had been scammed. Even at good prices the order amount was more than I wanted to lose.
With all the other sites to buy from, my business will go elsewhere.
