I ordered a virtual projector over a year ago. They took my money and never sent me the item. I contacted them and they sent me a tracking number but when I looked it up it said he had not been sent yet because of high demand due to the pandemic. Now there website is gone.

I purchased a massager chair saying only 1 left for 1699.00 I checked next day and found they reduced to 1499.00 I called number and this belongs to a man who has nothing to do with this company. I emailed the company received bounce back email.

I contacted credit card company to dispute this company is a scam.

All details in website are false.

I checked now price is 1299.00 what in 2 days trapping scheme.

I purchased a messenger on 16/2/2021, 1699.95 reduced from 4199.95, 2 pcs left, I ordered one, I tried to show my son and found out it was 1499.5 from 4199.95 , 3 pcs left only. I emailed to enquiry the price difference. I was shocked to see the bad reviews
This was the old trading name before notevolt.

I emailed to cancel the order and cc to email address on its website but the email rejected the receiver, I called the number but no answer.

Report to Citizen advice Bureau online scam report hotline, fraud action online and Santander. Victims should all report to the above , I could not believe this will happen in UK.

Dispute with my credit card Company. Bought a genuine chair from Weyron

I think these are now trading under notevolt ripping people off during covid. My mum recently lost my dad and bought herself something off them and got scammed. Check websites before ordering.

I never got my item neither the refund.
They basically stole my money

Do not buy this product, the quality is terrible, the customer service is rude, unhelpful and incredibly slow to respond (usually requires prompting). Conversational Chinese is a big advantage is you have the misfortune of buying this product.

My daughter did not recieve the items she paid for. She said the items were returned to sender. By who? They said it went back to the warehouse and had to be destroyed to keep the integrity of the product and so noone would recycle it. What a load of total crap. This is a Scam website. Do not order from them. You will not recieve your item or a refund. They will blame you and they will have your credit card information !!!! SCAM ALERT !!!

Absolute scam! Didn’t receive the package and their customer service just sends the exact same automated message over and over again!

I'm waiting for it for 3 month... It stuck in Nederland since 21.04.2020. I hope it's because of covid... I'm still hoping to get it... 😀

Absolute scam, the device is a cheap knock off made in china and they do not offer refunds or even answer emails.

You can't update the projector and it does not have all the promised apps.

Don’t do it! They will take your money through their flashy website and you will never receive the projector. It is a complete scam and their customer service is non-existent. They refuse to honour their refund policy and just issue fake email replies. A massive con - buyer beware!!!!!!!

Literally the worst customer service experience I've had in my life. I have even worked an email centered customer service job, and there is no excuse for their incompetence other than pure ignorance I guess. This company is horrible. At least offer me a 50% refund. My projector took literally THREE months to arrive, the stand it came with would not attach to the projector because the screw was too large to fit, the picture quality (when I rarely got a picture to come through) was laughable, and my hdmi cable for an Apple laptop was "not suitable" for the projector and they were asking me to spend more money to purchase another one plus an adapter. Been communicating with them over weeks. No resolution. Been taken around in circles, agents not reading my full email history and asking me to re-send a video, or giving me the exact same advice with no offer to actually make me happy. It was awful. I never leave reviews and now I want to do what I can to make sure others know about this. DO NOT BUY. I wish sooo badly I could go back and keep my money. So ridiculous.

As everyone else is sayiing. Ordered 6 weeks ago and never recieved the item. I have been given a tracking link which tells me to be patient. When you contact customer service there is no response at all other than they have the message, tried 3 times no reply at all.

I'm going to dispute this wwith the bank. DON'T BOTHER!!!!!

Ordered the projector, stand, and HDMI cables April 20, 2020 and its May 29, 2020 and I still haven’t received the package. They have no customer service. The phone number has an automated message saying their busy and to email them. The email is an automatic message that relies on you providing your order number for it to respond with a tracking number. Thats all it will provide. Reached out on Instagram and received the same type of response. Going to dispute the charges on my card. PS...all of these great reviews on here are totally fake.

BEEN OVER A MONTH. NEVER GOT IT.

This small thing seems great but is wrongly advertised. There is no plug for audio out so you're stuck with the speakers. That is actually bad for camping since you're not able to watch something over your headphones.

I wrote the support about that but not response since over a week.

Bad experience.

Please don’t buy this projector. It’s a complete scam. The screen quality is terrible, you can’t connect it to your phone like advertised, I bought the add on cables so it would connect to my laptop, but it doesn’t work. They don’t offer refunds even though they say you have a 12 month warranty. I’m super gutted about this.

Ordered one month ago, never received it.
