The patches don’t work, they are just plasters. It’s a SCAM.

100% a scam, never recieved my order.
They send a order confirmation, so you wont ask the bank a refund in time, but they never reply to your emails. Asked several times for a refund before the order was "shipped", they never answered.
Stay away from this company.

This company and their products are useless. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Having discovered that this product is about as helpful as sticking a piece of sellotape on my skin for 8 hours I requested a refund as advertised on their website. I have not received any response from them at all, please do not buy from them.

I have just emailed them again (5.11.25) to request my full refund and surprise surprise their email address is no longer accepting emails…..

SCAM!! Ordered weeks ago and got an email confirming order but "due to high demand there would be a delay of 1-2 days" ....... still waiting and they don't respond to any emails.

I think it is a scam. Product didn’t work and when I tried to get a refund they would only approve a 30% refund on my order. Do not buy from them. You will be wasting your money.

DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased the Berberine Patches and felt absolutely nothing after nearly 3 weeks of using them. I contacted Vitality Nutritional and to date have heard nothing from them, which to me speaks volumes that they do not rate their own products highly enough.

Ordered back on 29th Sept and no goods received. Tracking info after 3 weeks still says still being ‘prepared’.
Emailed but no response.
Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered.
Looks like if you accidentally ‘subscribe’ then you get your order but then have difficulty stopping them take money each month (this happened with my aunty) but if you do a one time purchase they just don’t send you the goods and ignore all contact.
I’ve had to dispute the payment through my bank as a scam to try and get the money back.

I think this company is a scam and they should be taken down.

I ordered my product on the 23rd of September. I’m still waiting for delivery which now I assume will never happen. I lost £30 so as fast as I’m concerned they are carrying out a criminal activity.
I contacted them on Instagram and raised customer support enquiry and they haven’t responded to me via any of the channels.

Order placed; no issues. I reached out to get an update on my order as it was taking a little longer than expected. I got a lovely email however crickets since….appalling company and I think they are deliberately scamming, it’s the only explanation!

My order was returned to the shipper according to the tracking information. I’ve emailed them multiple times and received no response.
In earlier attempts, when I asked about delays, they replied with the same copy-pasted message every time without actually addressing the issue.
Be careful—if you take the risk of ordering from them, you’ll likely get scammed.

An absolute scam, paid for an order, item is down as being made ready for shipping, doesn't change, have emailed them 3 times and nothing, shame on the people promoting them

Payment for my order has been taken twice!! Despite emailing and chasing up my order I still haven’t received it and don’t expect to now.
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They have taken money and not provided the goods! Very poor

.. DONOT FALL FOR SCAM - Bunch of fraudsters - would not return money as never received the product and then just ghost emails .. seriously question how they are not being investigated as fraud by deception

I'm only on the patches 6days but from day 2 no snacking or fizzy drinks. I don't weigh but I've noticed the belly going via the steering wheel. So fingers crossed it keeps up as I'm in the menopause..

I created content for this company and they ghosted me on feedback and payment. Bad experience with this brand!

Awful experience.
Never received product. No response from multiple emails to customer service. Had to raise a case through PayPal to get my money back.

Ordered and paid for patches mid May still waiting for delivery. Do not waste your money. This lot are scammers.

Ordered over a month and a half ago. Product shipped but never received. After sending 5 emails, I finally received a response telling me to call the courier. I requested a refund and have received no further response, no product and no refund. Their customer service team couldn’t care less. I would not recommend
