Was told it would take 6-8 weeks to…

Was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive my documents and was just told 11 weeks later that it will take at least 4 months now. I am not happy with this at all.

I never received my marriage…

I never received my marriage certificate or an email noticing me about anything and every time I tried to call them went to voicemail which didn’t help not even a bit . I would not recommend to use this service.

Vital Records took my $75.00 and I…

Vital Records took my $75.00 and I never heard from them again. I requested a copy of a marriage license. This company is nothing more than a rip-off. They would never return my calls or emails. Don't waste your time and money.

This process took way too long and cost…

This process took way too long and cost way too much. When my husband realized what I had done, he immediately drove to the county where we we married and for only $15 obtained the document. I should never have gone this route with you folks. Sorry - but that's the truth.
