Fantastic service, very trustworthy, very thorough, and timely, and a great value. I have used them twice in the last couple of years (once when a purchase did not go through at the final step; and the second time when it closed). Tim and the Vita Finance team were extremely helpful and reliable to work with. Their process is very easy, transparent. Tim ran through all the options patiently, and was a great help in finding the best mortage provider and product solution for me. He was also very good at following up with the mortgage provider to ensure they completed their steps in a timely manner. I highly recommend Tim and Vita Finance!
