I'm so pleased to get support on getting started setting up my blog. Being new to Wordpress it's hard to understand if my experience is the expected one or if I need to go back a step. Happily I made a theme purchase from Visualmodo, as this support venue provided the most help and action of anyone I've contacted for assistance.

I've been customer of Visualmodo for nearly 5 years. The well-designed look and price of the templates is what first sold me. After digging in, the included quality plugins, demo content, etc makes it even more valuable. Once you run into a problem, you soon realize the support is even more impressive, summing up a rather amazing quality content/support combo. I've contacted support twice over many years being a customer of Visualmodo and both times support have responded promptly and resolved my issue first time. It's comforting to know that when I do contact support it'll be resolved instead of being passed onto other support channels or item being dragged out.

My problem was solved within minutes even on a Sunday. Excellent support.

The themes and plugins from Visualmodo are pretty cool. I've used them for a while. There was an instance where I needed help with my product, and it was resolved within a few hours. Very courteous and made sure to tell me to follow up that everything was indeed completed. Everything is good now, and would recommend them.

I am a software engineer and was not a fan of WordPress but Visualmodo made me to love WordPress and I will now use Wordpress to develop most of the websites that I work on. Although the themes of Visualmodo are beautiful and unique, what I appreciate most is the support team of Visualmodo. The team responds quickly to any ticket and you can be assured to get the right answer at the right time. I am extremely happy with Visualmodo.

Visualmodo provides a great collection of easy-to-use templates. What sets them apart in my mind, though, is the quick and dedicated customer support. Whenever I have had a question or issue, they have been quick to respond, and go the extra mile.

Though there was a huge problem by the company who cancelled my lifetime subscription by accident, they fixed it after 2 months I was contacting them. Finally they found a solution, but it was a little frustrating.
Now I have to see if everything will go smoothly on next updates and new themes.

This is the second time I have bought a theme from Visualmodo. The themes are complete and easy to use filled with a ton of options and tools. I am not a programmer so I rely on WPBakery (a robust visual block editor) which came with the themes I purchased. I believe all of their themes come with WPBakery which in itself adds a lot of value to the theme package because if you purchase it as a stand alone plugin it costs $56. All of the pieces of the theme work together without any complications.

The customer support is top notch and I feel that they go over and above what would be expected of them. The latest problem that I had was an issue installing some of the plugins from the theme on WordPress. I thought it was a problem with having more then one website but their customer support looked into it and found out that there was a issue with size limits to extract the zip files with my host. They could have left that up to me to figure out how to resolve that problem because it had nothing to do with their theme. But they offered to install it for me if I didn't want to contact the host myself to get it resolved. this is the second time their customer support has gone over and above.

I purchased a lifetime membership and have used several of their themes the past few years. I would recommend Visualmodo to anyone looking for up-to-date, sleek looking website templates with great functionality. Any time I have had issues with customizations, or update issues, and unable to find a fix in the documentation, the support team has either been able to walk me through how to fix the problem, or they have gone into my site and fixed it for me. They are very quick to respond and communicate effectively. Great to work with!

I've purchased Visualmodo package quite a long time ago since 2020. Visualmodo themes have beautiful designs & I especially appreciate their customer service. They respond quickly & support with great enthusiasm.

Visualmodo has great themes that I use for my freelance web design agency! Their themes are top-notch and you have plenty of options to choose from. As far as their customer service, I am satisfied with the response times and their willingness to address any issues I have faced!

4 years ago I downloaded a beautiful premium wordpress template for free on a graphic design site. It came with a lot of content, including high resolution images and video, as well as some 3rd party plugins. I loved the site so much I messaged visualmodo on the graphic design site to let them know. I told them I was having trouble figuring out one of the plugins. They were friendly and advised me that as a free download, the extra plugins would need to be purchased from the 3rd party. They gave me some other helpful information but ultimately I was not a client so it was more than expected. In my opinion, the template was perfect and I was willing to pay what I needed to. I then received another message just letting me know there was a half price sale on for a limited time. I went directly to the Visualmodo site and purchased what I wanted. I found with my limited experience I couldn't figure out how to set upthe plugin correctly or even register it. I requested help and within half an hour a tech had gone in and fixed my issues. I was impressed by the speed and even more by how friendly and helpful his communication was.
It was one of the best customer service interactions I'd had on the internet. Fast forward to now (4 yrs later) I had an issue with my account and although it was not during normal office times, I received a response and positive resolution within a couple of hours - I think it's worth mentioning the person who helped me this time was the same person who helped me 4 years ago. The level of professionalism and quality of service has remained consistent for 4 years!! I cannot recommend them enough. You will love their products and the customer experience is second to none.
