Scam company that Facebook should be verifying before allowing them on their platform

This company is bogus, been waiting for a month and a half and nothing, first it tells you it's coming from Ireland, then when I contacted them because my item seemed to be lost, they send me a tracking number from China. I am very disappointed.

Shipping took about three weeks but packaging was secure and neat. Design seems sturdy with decent quality materials, worked fine so far, feels cost-effective despite the longer waiting time.

ordered an item for $34. With taxes and shipping, And everything it came out to $42.67. I was like okay whatever makes sense. Check my damn bank and they charged me and extra $10.67!!! i emailed them a couple times but got the same automated response, Saying that they’d look into the order. Hate to say it but i fell for a scam… The girl on the ad just made the perfume hair oils just look so good smh…. Anyways save your time and your money, Don’t buy anything from here.

What I order is not what I got this company is pure trash do not order from them. They got me for 62.00. It has taken me a whole month to receive my order. I ordered Jiyu Korean SkincareAnti-Aging,DarkSpot. Bu I got something called Hoygi diminish toning pads. Never again PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEN AGAIN DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

They are scam artist. Paid for item December 2024 we are now in March 2025 and the package (earbuds) have been “shipping” all over the states. They give you a fake tracking number to keep you thinking it gets there. Now they said it’s being returned but no to them like what? Now they’re telling me they can resend it but have to charge me for it and another shopping fee. That makes no sense.

I ordered the BRMUD Relief Mud Mask 12/21/2024. It is 2/25/25 and I have yet to receive my package that was paid for. I have emailed them countless times and get the same robotic email response "Thank you for your patience.
We're so sorry for keeping you waiting.
As we checked, your order is on the way to you normally. 
The system might have some delay these days. Please keep tracking, system will update in any minute. 
Have a nice day. " and then have the nerve to say if you have a problem don't complain just email us to resolve. I've been emailing since January asking for a refund They are a scam and took my money

I purchased the Relief Recovery Mud Mask and Pack To Foam Ceanser from Visualize.com. They were falsely advertised! It is a dupe and they are promoting it as BRMUD on the website. When you receive it, BRMUD is no where on the bottle and it has no logo.
I emailed them about the product. They told me it was nothing they could. So please be careful

THEY claim they have the original product BRMUD in fact they do not it is a dupe yet they promoting in the website it is BRMUD! No where on my product i received 30 days after ordering says "BRMUD" or Relief Mud Mask! It stains your hand and face! I'm suing !

This is a scam. I never received my item. I contacted the support email and they apologized and said they will contact the courier to expedite and update the transportation information. Then they emailed me and said my mail service denied the package and the item will not be returned to them. I would have to pay additional fees if I still want the item. They requested my mailing address again which should have been on my order information.
