I have used vista print a lot.. I am an illustrator but the last two orders have been a disaster.. my customer ended up cancelling the order and I had to refund her all her money.. I am very upset

Recently ordered 500 flyers
Recently ordered 500 flyers. The whole process of uploading the files was very straight forward. The parcel arrived within a couple of days. I was delighted with the quality. However there were some flyers missing. I contacted VistaPrint and they could not have been more pleasant and helpful, replacement package arrived two days later. Great company and I will definitely be using them again. Veronica

I found Vistaprint extremely good for…
I found Vistaprint extremely good for price and value. Ive ordered stationery products in 3 batches and altho some pieces were missing, the agent was extremely helpful. And somehow they managed to get my order delivered in one working day, which is extremely impressive and i am very grateful for.
The only advice i would have, but of course its out of our control is to avoid UPS as they aren't the best to chase down.
I will definitely order my items from vistaprint in the future.
Everyone can make mistakes, but to resolve issues quickly and efficiently is what matters!
