Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Ordered a self inking stamp of my own design. The template was very easy to use. It arrived promptly and is working very well. I tried another company and their template process was too complicated for me to use. Very happy with the service.

I was able to customize the business…
I was able to customize the business cards and flyers exactly how I wanted them. I appreciated the opportunity to be able to review/ proof them before submitting the order. Delivery was quick and the whole process seamless - no issues at all.

First time ever i was disappointed with your staff. Cancelled my order without my permission, but failed to refund. Ignored several messages requesting updates. A genuine total nightmare. And all because my sister in law died from cancer and distracted me from VP

The cards are lovely and good quality but unfortunately I feel like there is a piece of the design missing on the card. I do know that I bought them thinking that they would have the full design on them. I obviously didn't read the small print.

The quality of the business cards was sub standard. The edges were rough and the colour on the front near the edges seemed to be chipping away.

Quality has gone downhill
We have used vista a good few times in the past and were very happy but over the last few months the products we have received have been either incorrect or damaged. We did received replacements and credit but this last time put us under pressure as we needed the products for a certain time.
The packaging looks thrown together i.e in one we had business cards with a flimsy box which had opened , with cards everywhere and the outer box damaged so some missing.
Our Flyers were wrong colour twice (even though we just reorder from a past order i,e we didn't change anything)
And another time our Trifold brochures were warped in corners on the outside and the inside leaf was bent and damaged on all 100
I would forgive once but not four seperate orders
