I don't really write reviews, but when I got the email here asking for a review on my experience with Harbor supporting me through my weight loss journey, I jumped at the opportunity. Their team is so thoughtful. They respond so quickly. Their product has always arrived quickly and cold. My price always stayed the same, as promised. Honestly, if anyone is considering between the multiple options that are out there for medical weight loss, I could not recommend Harbor enough.

LOVING IT! I ordered on a Wednesday morning. By the end of the day, I had my tracking number and the treatment arrived the day after. So so impressed by Harbor.

Honest everything has been perfect, no complaints at all.

Had some issues with shipping but the harbor care team went above and beyond! They were communicative the entire time worked with me to make sure everything arrived properly and genuinely seem like they cared. I actually could not think of another company that has such good energy in regards to not only trying to fix the problem but actually fixing the problem. I will 100% be working with Harbor again in the future and recommending friends and family who are looking for a service like this in their direction. Only complaint the assigned doctor was very much useless, go ahead and ask your questions or whatever but the doctor is really only there if you're having like a semi emergency ngl.

Very happy with everything over the last couple months with Harbor. Originally, the onboarding medical intake experience was very simple. The team has always been extremely fast to respond. Couldn't really ask for a better experience. Have told many of my friends and family about you guys too.

The staff was so helpful and kind. I was having trouble while trying to do my medical information and I emailed for help! They answered right away and assisted me with everything. The products came fast and they emailed me every step of the way to keep me informed and tell me next steps. T was a great experience!

I order last month and want to try the semaglutide injection and I feel so exhausted and headache. It been a month I lost nothing and I told them to canceled my subscription they said ok then today they took my money out I told them I already canceled my subscription and want full refund and I would not recommend to anyone to use this providers sorry. It not cool took money out and we agreed to canceled my subscription last few days ago before my subscription due. I'm very angry 😠 😡 I rate 2 sorry.

My weight loss journey started with Zepbound. However, because of the high cost, I decided to switch to compounded tirzepatide.

I initially purchased my tirzepatide through WellmeDr. Unfortunately, once I started using their product, I noticed that even though I had been prescribed a higher dose than I was taking with Zepbound, I wasn’t losing weight the same way. By the fourth day after each injection, I was already feeling very hungry again, and I even started experiencing food noise, something I had never experienced while using Zepbound.

I also began to realize that communication with the company was very limited, and I kept seeing complaints about how their pharmacy handled the shipping process. It seemed inefficient, and that made me question whether I should continue with them.

To make a long story short, I spent four weeks completely stalled, with no weight loss and no noticeable positive effects from the medication I received through that company.

That’s when I decided to switch to Harbor.

Ironically, Harbor had already shipped my medication, but I hadn’t started using it because I wanted to finish the previous vial first. I can honestly say that once I started using Harbor’s tirzepatide with vitamin B6, dispensed through Southend Pharmacy, I noticed a difference almost immediately. After four frustrating weeks of no progress, I finally started losing weight again.

That’s why I highly recommend Harbor not only because of the quality of their medical care, but also because of their pharmacy. The way Southend Pharmacy handles packaging and shipping is excellent, and the medication has been outstanding. In my experience, their compounded tirzepatide has worked **just as well as or even better than Zepbound.

I may increase my rating but I find they have a really bad communication app. I received the meds and Direct meds brochure, no easy way to sign in and that’s a fact. They want log in information but I was never ask to sign up.
Hopefully they will get an app instead of all these email sign ons

Absolutely unacceptable.

Harbor had no problem charging my credit card immediately, but more than a week later they still haven't shipped my order. Every time I contact customer service, I'm told the same thing: "It will ship next week." Then "next week" comes, and suddenly it's another week.

If you know you can't fulfill orders, don't take customers' money. Stop giving people the runaround and be honest about your inventory and shipping delays.

I chose Harbor because of the positive reviews, but my experience has been the exact opposite. Poor communication, repeated broken promises, and no accountability. I would not recommend Harbor to anyone based on my experience.

After researching several weight loss providers, I chose Harbor, and it has been one of the best healthcare decisions I’ve made.

If you’re looking for a weight loss provider that combines outstanding medical oversight with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Harbor. The entire team has exceeded my expectations, and Lisa’s dedication to patient care and support has made my experience even better.

I went ahead and purchased a tirzepatide product. 10 days later I have no product and have been charged. I have made multiple attempts to have them make this right. Nothing but excuses, promises and horrible customer service support. GO ELSEWHERE!! You have been warned!
