From Assuan ti Luxor
Terrible experience and complete lack of professionalism.
On December 24th, they left me stranded because the person in charge of bookings forgot to update my agreed pick-up time, despite it being confirmed in advance.
As a result, I had to find another taxi at the last minute to get to Luxor.
Unreliable service — I strongly advise against using this agency.

Acabas pagando el doble
Al reservar pagué un precio pero a la hora de confirmar me dijeron que había un suplemento de 65€.
Finalmente al llegar al destino el conductor me exigió ese importe cuando ya lo había pagado con tarjeta antes de confirmar la recogida. Además, de su propina.
Por otra parte, la duración del trayecto no es la que se indica al reservar. Fueron 10h en lugar de las 5h que indican en la web. No vas por la ruta que indican en la web.

The private bus transfer from Luxor to Hurghada was without any issue. The 9 seater car was a new Toyota Hiace. The driver Momen was professional and helpful. It only took around 3 hours to reach our hotel in Makadi bay.

Night desert ride
I recently experienced a night drive through the desert from Cairo to Luxor, and it was truly unforgettable. Our driver, Islam, was exceptionally professional and efficient throughout the entire journey. Despite the challenging terrain and late hours, he navigated with confidence, ensuring we always felt safe and comfortable.
Islam was attentive, well-organized, and clearly knowledgeable about the route. His calm attitude made the long trip smooth and enjoyable. If you are planning a similar journey, I highly recommend requesting Islam—his excellent driving and reliability made all the difference. An outstanding experience overall!
