I have been trying to initiate a return for the past month have followed their return instructions, sent 3 emails and have had zero response. Don't trust this company.

I'm resorting to trustpilot as they have 'gone dark' since I have started the process of arranging for the device to be returned. It was not powerful enough for my needs and now I cannot get a reply from them.

arrived too late as a gift.havent opened the parcel been trying to send back for over a month now and the only response i get is offering me money off which i dont want. You cant send the item back without them
sending you the details and they will not send the return details.the phone number does not work it’s a scam company do not buy!!!!it’s also extremely over priced as my friend ordered one from tiktok and it was exacly the same and it was only £35 .. scam scam

I placed an order on the 10 December for a Christmas gift. Have not received any order confirmation. Called the contact number which is sending you to the website. I sent an email on the 21 December and still no response and the money went out of my account on the 11 December. Very poor customer service.

Awful shipping no customer service crappy product

Poor responses to requests for updates on my order, Customer Service is virtually known existent, automated answerphone recorded message say they are busy and to email instead. Suggest a guaranteed response within 24 to 48 hours which doesn’t happen. Avoid them at all costs, will seek resolution through my financial provider now.

If there was a 0 star, I would’ve have given it because that's what this God-forsaken company is all about.

I ordered the vision beam complete package and it's been over 10 days. Finally received an update on my email today saying my package has been successfully delivered. With no proof of delivery. I was home all day and I didn't receive any package or have anyone try to deliver anything.

I don’t know how this company is still active and have ads all over Instagram. And even has clear pay and klarna. I am so disappointed.

What a waste of time this company is. Customer services is non-existent and the product quality is awful. The remote hardly works, the brightness is shocking and their 60 day money back guarantee.... they wont even reply to you! Stay well clear and don't get scammed.
