Would not recommend — serious issues with our Schengen visa application

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for assistance with Schengen visa processing, based on my experience with Lisa, the travel agent who handled our application.

We clearly communicated that our intended travel dates were 22nd to 29th August, and all of our travel and accommodation bookings were arranged around those dates. However, the company submitted a flight reservation showing 23rd August as the departure date.

As a result, our Schengen visa was granted only from 23rd August onwards. This caused a major disruption to our travel plans, and we were left stuck at Zurich Airport until the following day, resulting in significant inconvenience, stress and additional costs.

Another major concern is the way the documentation was handled. Important supporting documents were provided to us at the very last moment, leaving extremely little time to properly review and verify everything before the visa application was submitted. This makes it very difficult for clients to identify errors and ensure that the information submitted accurately reflects their actual travel plans.

In our case, an incorrect flight reservation was ultimately submitted despite our travel dates having been clearly communicated in advance. This directly affected the validity period of our visa and disrupted our trip.

Lisa was the travel agent responsible for handling our application, and unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend her or this company for Schengen visa processing.

We trusted them to handle an important visa application accurately and professionally. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

If you are considering using this company, I strongly recommend checking every single document yourself, especially flight reservations, travel dates and other supporting documents, before they are submitted to the embassy.

I had a really great experience with the team throughout my Schengen visa application. From the very beginning, they were extremely helpful, professional and supportive. They explained everything clearly, guided me through the documentation and made the whole process feel much less stressful.
I was especially impressed with how responsive they were whenever I had questions or needed clarification. Their attention to detail and guidance gave me a lot of confidence throughout the application.
I’m absolutely delighted that I received my 6-month Schengen visa! 🎉 A huge thank you to the entire team for all your help and support.
I would 100% recommend this agency to anyone looking for professional and reliable assistance with their Schengen visa application. Excellent service from start to finish! ❤️✈️🇪🇺

Would recommend everyone with them.
The process was transparent from the first day ,very smooth and most importantly I didn’t need to worry about my documents.
100% on scale.

Lisa from Visa Sunrise Travel was very professional. She went above and beyond her duty to secure my visa. I was struggling with where to obtain certain documents such as good hotels, good flights and good insurance and she helped me sort this out in timely manner. She is kind and patient when communicating, I would definitely recommend my friends and family to her services.
