I had an issue where my parcel got stuck in customs, and we were unable to initiate the return process. However, Visage Med stepped in and provided exceptional support. They quickly sent me another package, which arrived smoothly without any issues.
Their team was incredibly efficient in providing all the necessary paperwork for the return process, making a complicated situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate their professionalism, prompt responses, and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.
