I guess this company closed. Since 3 years the server gives 500 error when you try to register. All the links to the apps do not work, apple said unavailable and android said not found. Not even the downloads that are hosted locally work it just said download unavailable at this time, maybe a sign of the guy who for some I don't know reason still pays the god damn website? Since it is like this for a few years now I wonder why anyone would waste their money on such a dead server, well seams like the dude god tired off paying for the dev accounts since the apps are gone but still weird.

Looks like the company do not operates anymore. Support closed, impossible to login in my account, virtual phone numbers gone...!!!!

Think this company dosnt exist anymore.

I have an accounto for like 2 years already and now I cant contact them (email or call) I cant log in, cant get a new number, cant buy extra calls, nothing!!! Its a ghost website and app, and I really need to use that number back!!! Help, someone knows how to get my number back? Maybe tru another company?

Took some time until i got it working but after 20 minutes from account creation everything worked fine.

Great Service! I have one thing that could be improved. That is the Number settings. Operations like Delete take time to complete or you need to click the save button after the delete button. It's rather confusing.

The Service itself is as far as i could test it, relieable.

It must be really a virtual and unexistent company. The service does not work, support is not available over weekends (a phone service which insists that is for business as well should have tech support available on weekends too). My new number worded only once and that it was.
And look at comments from their customers on their website. They neither answer!
It's also very suspicious the fact that it does not give the ability to cancel or delete the account although on their front page they adv "cancel any time!"
The most disappointing is the page with the negative comments of their clients. Unfortunately, I had not looked at this page before I registered my account.
I could give you the URL with their comments but Trustpilot does not accept urls.

I have had this account for about 8 months or so, and it all used to work perfectly. The number was called, call was forwarded, voicemail answered, and an audio message was sent to my email inbox....UNTIL RECENTLY...

I can not seem to get my account to forward any calls from my Virtual Phone number, to my actual phone number. I have set up my business based on this toll-free number, and now it will not even answer when I call my virtual toll-free number. Cannot get the website CALL ACTIONS tab to allow me to change the status of the phone number to anything other than DISABLED.

I feel like this website and service may no longer be in business. When I call the CUSTOMER SERVICE contact number, I get the same recording whether I press option 1 or option 2...it says that the extension is not available. Have never received a call back from CUSTOMER SERVICE, never received a text or email from them either.

Does anyone know if they are still in business, and if so, how do I get some help setting this up again?

YOU ARE NOT ALONE - I am having the same problem. I can't even log into my account to make changes (hence my reply from a Demo User). I can only go in through the app. I don't remember my password so I tried resetting it and it tells me my account doesn't exist. I too have tried calling. I got one number to actually ring but then when I called again, it went strait to the voice prompt that had full mailboxes.

Although my number is still working, I have never been able to contact anyone in this company. Even today when I try to pay to get extra minutes. Really not sure what is going on. Better change to a different provider.
