I was really worried yesterday because the appointment for the clinic is booked all the way till next month and I am running out of my medicines.

So this morning I went to Dr. Lee's office and Kay from the doctor's office saved my days by providing the 3 medications that I need on a daily basis.

This is by far the easiest Doctor's visit that I've ever experienced. I will come back to Dr. Lee if for whatever reason that I need additional maintenance medications.

I needed a refill on a prescription, I checked in and answered some health questions and they were very quick about reviewing things and sending in my prescription. I am finding this Dr to be more accessible than an office visit and I feel very comfortable using this service. This is a wonderful service being provided.

Just needed refill of thyroid meds. I'm elderly and avoid doctors' offices and driving. The staff is very good, and my visit and refill took less than 40 minutes.

They used to Prescribe me Adderall and they just stopped for no reason. Anyway, the dose is low and stays low. They are not particularly helpful with other things, and they weren’t good at helping me find a realistic alternative. Communication between staff and medical team is poor. Much of the medical data I gave them was misunderstood, missing and incorrect. I got frustrated because my attempts to clear up the data with detailed descriptions and even pictures was ignored. Most staff members were very professional and friendly, but one person (not sure if nurse or doctor) called me to explain why they couldn’t help me. She had all wrong data about my case, wouldn’t listen when I tried to clear it up, and basically said I shouldn’t be experiencing what I reported experiencing. That made me feel stupid and hopeless. When I needed help the most, they weren’t there. I think this is an illegitimate money scam.

I love going to this site. It is so much easier for me. If I have a sinus infection going on I just tell him whats going on. Then pick up my meds.

This office the staff and team go above and beyond to listen to the specific needs of each patient and its convinent as they are always available and affordable very professional highly recomend

I was recommended Dr Lee and virtual online docs during Lockdown. I had recently moved and I didn’t have a dr in the area and the pandemic made getting my health needs even more difficult. Dr Lee and his staff have helped me tremendously! They are so friendly, the visits are Telehealth so I don’t have to worry about sitting in a waiting room. I’m able to get my medications monthly with out the hassle of taking off work, and they’re available after hours which has saved me during weekend covid scares. I strongly recommend Dr Lee and his staff. The staff goes above and beyond. Thank you everyone who works there.

I was skeptical at first about seeing a doctor online, I heard that they won't give you your ADD medication's like you're supposed to have them and they give you a hard time. This is not true, it's actually opposite of that! They are fast, accurate, very professional and they know what they're talking about when it comes the medical field you can tell!! How to continue to use them as long as they will have me!
