My product was delivered promptly and as ordered. Shipper provided tracking details to follow the delivery. Very helpful and great to deal with.

Website for ordering is great. After you have the money, no shipping information is received until I send an email asking for it. Still did not receive any email communication directly, only tracking info 3-days before it was delivered. Your sizing chart is way off, ordered a 2XL. It is sized more like a 3-4XL, it hangs on me and arms are probably 5" too long. Very disappointed!!

advertised as distressed vintage style hat. The hat I received does not look like the image they advertise. It is not a distressed hat, looks cheap, was meant as a gift but will now have to find something else. Very disappointing.

My product was never delivered and attempts to contact co. were met wirh nonsponses and a fake answering service during working hours. This "business" is a scam.The phone number takes you to a bogus prerecorded responses that loop.

I love how my personalized Grateful Dead Mariners jersey turned out!! I ordered a size larger than usual since the shoulder measurement seemed a bit small for my husband. I think it looks great! The colors are vibrant and it's a light weight jersey which will with out great. It just took a little longer to receive than I thought but I really do like how it turned out👍🏽💖

Didn’t respond to emails. Didn’t deliver product. Stole my money

This is the second order for the Desert Dogs jersey I have placed and I am VERY happy with it!!! I hope they come up with more designs, Halloween, Christmas and/or custom colors would be AMAZING!!! I will be buying more in the future!!

Bought a Van Halen distressed hat. What a bunch of garbage its printed distressed and poorly at that. I run an online shop as well I would be embarrassed if this was my product. The photo was awesome not even close to what I got. Never again.

I still have not even received a shipping notification for my order that was placed 2 weeks ago!!! Yet you keep sending me emails to review my experience. Well there you have it!

Been over a month since the order place
AND No indication that the product was coming from China
Still have no idea when we will receive the product
And no response from anyone when we will receive this order

I purchased the jersey. A week later, I received an email that our company had taken a week off. The billing department was not; my card was run immediately. Two and a half weeks later, I still don't have any idea as to when I will receive my product. If I had known when I placed the order, I could have at least made the decision if I wanted my jersey this season or next!

I was sent the wrong ornament. It looked like it was of great quality, but it was not right. I have reached out two different times to try to get the issue resolved and have not had any luck or communication from the store.
