shocking service from these guys. I do not ever recommend using them. I am now looking elsewhere due to their incompetence and huge lack of communication.
Use bullying tactics and shut down my business emails for a week !!! Because they though I hadn’t paid... but I had !!

needed help so contacted support and customer service tech walked me through what needed to be done to restore my program. He was a great help thanks again.

I've tried to reach tech support numerous times and have gotten nowhere. No callback. On hold for hours. VPN has never worked. Won't be renewing.

I've used VIPRE Security for years, and I couldn't be more happy with the protection.

My computer kicked Vipre out when it changed format. Wanted it back, got it back.

April 3,2021.So, the point is, nothing happened. No viruses. I have been using Vipre for many years and the same result. Nothing. no viruses. I work for a small network consulting company. We are basically the IT department for many companies that are big enough to need IT but not big enough to hire someone full time. We are actually better than that one person because we are a team with multiple experiences and strengths. We have been recommending Vipre to all of our customers and implementing it with almost all of them for many years. And we get alerts constantly that Vipre has caught and isolated viruses. Our customers are very happy.
The only complaint I have is that I renewed my personal Vipre subscription a week or two before it expired and am still getting pop ups reminding me to renew my subscription. If I bring up the Vipre "console" and click on Account, it says it Renews on Apr. 6 and not Expires on Apr. 6, so I don't know if I renewed correctly and the console info is correct and the popups are just a nuisance, or I did something wrong in renewing so the popups are correct and the console info is incorrect. They can't both be correct. Guess I'll know on Apr. 7th. So, that is the only constructive criticism I can give. Very minor. You guys are doing great. Thanks.

Help....My account did not auto renew. I had spoke with someone regarding the change of computers and my amount was to stay the same $45.49. When I manually tried to renew it wants to charge me more money$$.
They had also sent me a new product key.

Hi. I am trying to uninstall Vipre from my windows 10 PLEX server machine .... as I don’t need it there. I can’t find a way to uninstall the App from the machine. The control panel does not show vipre as an installed app. Help please. I’d like to repurpose that license to another laptop. I can’t find an uninstalled exe in the vipre folder(s) either.

Updated: 30 mins later. I’ve changed my review from 1 to 5 after the prompt response and help on removing Vipre Antivirus Plus from my Windows machine. Thank you!!

I've had vipre for over 10 years and find it suits my needs, but the price is costly, im a seasonal worker making no money in the winter and would really appreciate some kind of a deal, normally only go on PC to watch movies

I love this Vipre Security application, runs quietly in the background doing regular scans and automatic updates of app to facilitate a virus free computer or phone!

Vipre has always been my security system of choice. Recently, on one of my computers, it has cause me immense problems which I cannot resolve. Suddenly, I started getting these error windows popping up which tell me that Vipre Service is not running. I click restart but nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled Vipre but same result. After a few weeks, I gave up and deleted Vipre without reinstalling, but I still get these error messages. At about the same time, I started getting messages which say Vipre Advanced Security and Defender are turned off. Defender is not turned off and Vipre was deleted. I have started to see crashes and freezes. I will say that Vipre works well with my other computers, no isues.

It is my very favorite security program and I've had several before. Thank goodness for VIPRE.

As far as my limited knowledge of computer security systems extends, VPIRE has been very effective. Also, your technicians are quite affable and helpful whenever I call for support.

i am very happy with vipre. no difficulty with this, happy to be a customer.

Vipre never tried to fix the update for definitions in over a year.
