Great service
Great service. Would recommend 100%.
Great communication. We felt that both cats were safe and well cared for during thier transport from Portsmouth to Scotland. We were kept upto date and the cats arrived safe and well. They were in good hands at all times.

Thank you for your lovely review, the boys were such good travellers, I hope they have settled in to the new home and are busy exploring. Best Wishes Esther
Cat transport from Hampshire to Scotland
Esther recently transported our cat from North Hampshire up to Southern Scotland to a local cattery in advance of our house move. It was such a relief to know my cat was in very good hands! Esther was communicative from start to finish, advising the setup in the van for our cats trip and letting me know once she'd dropped her off at the cattery (including photos). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending VIP Pet Travel.

Hi Jude thank you for the lovely review, your little cat was such a sweetie and I hope you've all settled in your new home. Best Wishes Esther
Esther was great in transporting a claustrophobic cat over quite a distance twice
Esther was great in transporting a claustrophobic noisy cat from London to Bristol, then Bristol to Cornwall. Our cat went to Bristol to stay with relative and their carer whilst we were moving house. The added reassurance was that the carer (a cat lover) was also impressed with Esther.
Realistically there were a few toilet incidents but they were to be expected.
When our cat arrived he settled straight away.
Other companies we tried were very vague in information but Esther explained the space and carrier in the van, necessary stops etc and updates along the way. Highly recommend for pet owners who need assurance their cat/dog is well looked after

I would highly recommend Esther and VIP Pet Travel to anyone needing transport for a beloved pet companion. I can’t thank you enough. She is absolutely brilliant. Kept me informed of progress and everything went perfectly. Definitely highly recommended.
