They are a scam
They are a scam. I ordered a single book for sale for 5$ (pdf file) for Spanish language. They did not specify or say that they would save your billing information then automatically subscribe you to a 30$ a month subscription. Just got charged for a service I never even knew I had or used….stay away.

Same thing as everyone else. This company scams by auto signing you up for a $30 subscription after buying a discounted ebook. You don’t create an account, you don’t have a login, you just get charged.

Frauds
A week ago I bought an ebook for 5 dollars. When I then went to pay, it automatically ticked a box that said “digital acces library $0,00.” I thought whatever and just continued the purchase and then 3 days later they took 30 dollars out of my account, because I now apparently made a subscription. Feel really scammed atm, watch out it doesn’t happen to you guys.

Complete scam
Complete scam. They lure you in with a very cheap $5 ebook, and then—without your consent—enroll you in a $29.99 monthly subscription. I immediately asked for a refund, but they simply pointed me to their “no returns” policy.

Save your money
These frauds are duping people of supposedly going on some sort of trial without even realizing. Horrible experience. And then the support have the audacity to not refund the money when the trial hasn't even been used, and to basically be super unprofessional. Stay away from these clowns

This is all the more reason people should avoid your service. You make it difficult for us to communicate with you.
What legitimate company doesn't at least use email or a step up with zendesk.com?
If you refunded $29.99 to each 1-star customer on here, it might give you some credibility.
But I doubt that will happen.

I'm not new to online shopping or purchases. Had the "Membership Model" information been easily visible, I would have noticed.
Of course, I want a refund, and emailed the company for a refund on 12-02-25, but have not received a reply to my email.
Offering a valid contact email would be helpful. The one I listed below doesn't seem to work.
I still warn users to avoid this service.
