Indeed, there modern fit written on the suit, however, we never had any complaints so far as slim fit / modern fit difference 1/2 cm (I am talking about our collection). I can assure that our products quality, shipping and sizing are fully same as provided on the listing.

I ordered a suit for my husband to be to wear on our wedding day. The suit is well made, Has that luxury feeling to it. Just love it. Communication was easy, shipping and delivery was on time.

Absolutely atrocious.
Absolutely atrocious.
Came without packaging around the product, it was a white tuxedo jacket, it was bare in a box.
The size was extremely small compared to the size I ordered and the jacket had black stains over it.
Refused to give me a full refund. Do not use this place.

After checking details of your case there few important notes:
1) You mentioned that "size is small compared to the size you ordered" but there no orders in our history from you. Every company has their own size chart and if you failed to follow size chart, we don't take responsibility for the wrong size.
2) We have not refused return request. We are more than welcome to accept the exchange or refund request according to our policy.

I ordered a suit from Viossi
I ordered a suit from Viossi. On Instagram, it said to come with "free shipping." That was true. However, I had to pay €34 import tax, which was unfortunate. On my shipping documents, it was written that there was a $500 camera inside the package. Kind of got me confused.
Then I tried the suit on. It didn't really suit me. So, I'd love to return it now. I was notified that the return shipment costs $75. So now I'm paying around $100 for trying on a suit. For me that is quite a lot to try on a suit once.

We would like to bring your attention, that we have a policies. Let me explain each issue you brought up to us:
1) You have told us that you paid 34 EUR import tax. Import/Duty tax isn't collected and remitted by us, so it is fully your responsibility to pay the import/duty taxes. Information is available in our shipping policy page: https://viossi.com/pages/shipping-policy . Even tho, this information is available on the checkout as well. Especially, for the EU zone, from 2021 import/duty tax rules and regulations has changed, any package comes outside of EU, is subject to the import/duty tax.
2) You stated that on your shipping document was written camera, which isn't true. We have a proof of what was shipped, we have proforma invoice and shipping label. Kindly do not provide false and fake information to our potential and future buyers.
3) We don't cover any return shipping costs, it is responsibility of the buyer for that. We also provide an option of REDO Returns for $2.48, if you purchase REDO return, REDO will cover your return shipping cost. More information is available on: https://viossi.com/pages/refund-policy

Website is user friendly. I was prompted to download the app with a QR code for a 15% discount. The discount was not showing in the app. I emailed Viossi asking for a discount code since the app did not provide it. Got a response the same day and suit ordered with 15% discount. The suit was also delivered quicker than expected and fits great!
