I ordered a pant which looks nice but…
I ordered a pant which looks nice but really poor quality for the fabric( feel like plastic) and was smaller on me even though i ordered my size. So I wanted to return and change it to my size. Since 3 days I'm waiting for an email for my return approval. This company sucks. Don't never buy from them.

Unreliable
I bought a pant with a cinch, and I received a pant with belt loops. When I try to do a refund, the person from Viossi, customer service, is not allowing me to do so. According to him the website images are just for reference but don't align exactly with the product.

False advertisement
They gave me the wrong vest and the main reason I ordered the suit was for the double breasted vest because you can find a white tux anywhere but not many come with double breasted (black collar). They said the vest advertised (that I bought) was stained so they gave me another one. And I asked them to send me another, They said they don't have. It would have been okay if it was a regular event but this was for my wedding.

Hit or MISS
I had my groomsmen go through viossi to get suits for my wedding, despite not hearing great things about quality of stiching and fabrics. They said they could deliver within the time line but ran out of material after most of the guys got their suits. Very inconvient, we all had to find suit rental place, last minute which was still less expensive without all the BS and pretend 70% off. Two guys had a difficult time returning them, contacting customer service and one sent his back with the return label they sent him but say they never received it and are charging him full price. I feel like an idiot, like I set my boys up to be scamed. Just find another source for suits. Don’t use viossi. Months after, homeboy is still dealing with the dispute, trying to get his money back .

This company is a total scam. Their website will say available but if you try to use it to get suits for groomsmen they will suddenly all be sold out. Not to mention if you actually get a suit and try to return it they just magically lose the tracking info and say they never received it. Then you’re out $300. Use another website.

I normally don’t write bad reviews because I hate negativity, but this company absolutely deserves it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We ordered 5 suites for a wedding party but had to cancel the order because they ran out of material for everyone. No big deal. I tried to cancel mine the next day but they said it had been mailed out already. Ok then when I got my package they emailed me a label to ship it back. I dropped it back off at a fed ex drop off center and they said they never received it back and the tracking number doesn’t pop up on fed ex website. So now they are unable to refund me. I am convinced they gave me a bad label and this is a part of their scam. So now I’m out $330. Customer service number is fake on their website and nobody will call you back. This company is not worth the hassle and I regret ever learning about them.

We asked you for photos of the suit tags so we could check the exact size shipped against your order (Order #10696). We had to send this request a couple of times to get the needed tag pictures.
We confirmed the sizing was correct! Once you sent the photos, we clarified that the number on the tag (EU52) matches the US size 42 you purchased.
