Viole Grace taught me a really hard lesson this week! I am so surprised by not only the horrible quality and broken hammered cross necklace I purchased but the response was UNACCEPTABLE!

When the necklace arrived broken with a piece of wire holding two pieces together, I sent pictures to this company, expecting a full refund and a replacement piece!
I was ONLY offered a 25% refund and if I return it, I have to pay for the shipping!

LESSON that Viole Grace taught me is… READ REVIEWS before you purchase. Also just because a company portrays that they are a Christian company, does NOT mean that they operate in a Christian manner.

It took a bit longer than expected to receive my order, but I was so pleased once I received it. I ordered the chunky cross necklace. I absolutely love it. I've received so many compliments. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact customer service for weeks to return and get a refund on a defective necklace. I’ve sent numerous emails and customer service forms from their site and have received NO response!! I’m so disappointed because they claim to be a faith based company.

I purchased 3 items. I was not happy with 1 of them and wanted to return it. It took them 7 emails to respond to my request on how to return. I was then told.... Please note that for a full refund, the items must be shipped back to our fulfillment center overseas. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any customs, duties, taxes, or additional import fees that may apply when sending the package internationally.

Once the returned items are received and processed at our fulfillment center, we’ll issue your full refund promptly.

I ordered a dainty cross necklace as I like small jewelry. I was surprised it was shipped quickly. I received the item 7 days after and to my surprise I got an awful airplane necklace that I could get in a gumball machine. Needless to say it’s not what I ordered. Tried to contact them and emailed them 3 times and no answered. Never ever order from them again

Don’t do it! Extremely poor, tin-like quality. A sharp spur is on the back of my necklace that snags my good blouses. The company won’t send a replacement unless I return the old necklace at my expense and it needs to go overseas to China! The best they will do for me now is to refund 50%. They started at 25% and worked their way up through many emails. We’ll see if a refund occurs.

The item I bought was so beautiful even my husband commented on it. I truly thank this company for making it possible for Christian’s to be able to show their Love for Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins.

If I could rate them less than a 1, I would! I emailed their customer support the day I received my product because it is defective & looks nothing like what’s advertised on tik tok ads. It’s definitely crap from China! It’s missing the large loop (bale) to feed the bar thru to latch it- couldn’t wear if I wanted to. The cross looks like crap too. I have emailed them 3 additional times with ZERO response! Very disappointed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered a Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Well, I got 1. After emailing customer service I was told I only ordered 1 and if I wanted to take advantage of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free I needed to order again. Luckily, I had a screenshot of my original order. I asked them to send me the other 1, guess what, haven't heard from them since. How can a company who says they are all about God, Faith, etc. have such crooked work ethics?

I see the jewelry I ordered as well made & just as beautiful in the advertisements as I received it! Will continue to order more!

I got the Dainty side cross necklace in gold. Honestly, I absolutely love it. I wear it every day and it fits on my neck perfect! I love it so much that, I am getting another cross necklace! And I cannot wait to get that one too.

If I could rate less than 1 I would. They took my money. I have no product and they’ve ghosted me. Contacting my card company to report them. Thieves.

I purchased 6 gold cross necklaces from this company for my Bible group- they were $200.00. When I received them I was very disappointed in how cheap they looked and not like the description. I immediately contacted the company requesting a refund. They responded with sending them a picture and offered to give me back 10% of my money and I could keep the necklaces. I responded with no I want a full refund and I wanted to return the necklaces. They continued to respond to my emails offering small portions of my purchase price and telling me to keep the necklaces. The last email they offered to give me back my refund minus the shipping costs to return them. I agreed to this and have not heard from them since. I have tried to follow up with them asking for my refund and how to return them but they are no longer responding. I can’t even give these things away. They look like children’s fake jewelry. I would not recommend purchasing anything with them.

Trying to return my items, pearl cross necklace gold and silver, and silver sideways cross necklace. Items overpriced for quality. Customer service is not responding to my emails for my return. So far after 2 emails sent and a week later from receiving items I've got no response.

WARNING! This company is a fake. They sell cheap jewelry most likely from China. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. When I tried to return them they told me Id have to pay to return to their overseas company. Funny thing is they were shipped from CA. I thought they were an American company! Why should I have to pay overseas rates. They offered 25% off I should have waited for 40%. Don't buy from this company!

This is nothing but pricey costume jewelry. Don’t waste your money and if you buy and want to return for refund you have to pay shipping, ports charges, international fees etc. which you wind up not receiving a refund at all. Their website states 30 day money back guarantee, but it’s a lie and a scam.
