I wanted to take out their extended warranty but was unsure whether I had the right information… I emailed this to VioUK and the response I received was ….’ We suppose this one will do’!
Not the most courteous of reply.

I have just received excellent customer support from the UK distributors (Steve) … the email I received was from the manufacturer in China.

An error on Viofo’s website was sincerely apologised for by Mr David. Was offered an upgrade for a discounted price, which I was happy about. The customer service was the best. Quick emails and the product itself of course is amazing. Very happy with the pro duo

Having seen various videos from these cameras I thought that I’d take the plunge and buy a set, front and rear. A pleasure to install and most intuitive to set up, I only read the manual afterwards! Being able to view live on my phone was a great help in setting up the rear camera. Although if you haven’t had experience of installing such things before I’d advice paying someone to fit this in a Range Rover😀 the rear camera mounting location is challenging!

The A129 Pro is quite frankly the best dashcam I've ever owned. Having previously had Nextbase, Ape-Man, Aukey and Blackview in the past, the A129 Pro blows them all out of the water, and blows them out a distance, it's not even close! Would recommend them to anyone!

Viofo A129 Pro: Great dash cam. Daytime video quality is great for me as all I wanted was clear video and to be able to pick out license plates. The camera is small, discreet and easy to slip on and off it's mount. I wired it up to the usb-c port by the rear view mirror which is a tidy setup with hardly any visible cabling. I can't use parking mode when plugged in via usb-c port as it's only powered when the car is running, so something to be aware of. I also purchased the CPL filter to reduce glare, worth getting in my opinion. Reviewing the videos is simple, I've plugged it in to my laptop but also directly into the TV via USB. Playback loading could be quicker, however its not something I do often so not an issue for me. All in all, a neat dash cam very which is very well positioned with regards to its pricing.

Both times I've ordered from Viofo, the purchases and delivery have always gone perfectly. The cameras, so far, are very good too.

Quick delivery and competitive prices, would have been need to provide a fuse spur with the hardwire kit as its useless without it, other than that the camera works great

Everything was fine, product arrived and was exactly as described. The only thing I could criticise them for was the lack of communication. I received no email confirming the order or anything (except the review request) after.

A little more communication wouldn't go amiss.

No nonsense ordering from there website, without any issues. Fast punctual tracked delivery. That's how online buying should be. Product is really good, I took my time wiring it to my motorbike and set it up via the app. So far I can't fault it so let's hope it stays that way.

We had an issue with a micro SD card which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
I have had a few dash cams over the years but these are the best by far.

The Viofo camer system is great, and the service from David at Viofo UK was first class, I had a camera mounting clip snap and it was replaced free of charge, So can't get better than that.

Pre-sales questions answered quickly and then order taken promptly. Delivery was excellent executed too!

I had the A129 duo bought for Christmas, I had it on 3 times and it started to go faulty - not turning on.
As soon as i emailed the UK based customer service, David was outstanding with product knowledge and wanted to try everything before having to send it back. Unfortunately i had to send it to him and his manager. Within 1 week of communication i was posting the product back - i was emailed with confirmation of the fault and another new camera was posted back to me with 4 days.

The new camera is perfect and working so well. This team are fantastic and will help you and support you in all ways.

Got the A129 Duo on the Viofo UK website, alongside 2 CPL Filters, HK3 Hardwire kit, and 2 Fuse taps. The camera itself works and looks great! I have no issues so far. All the cables are included as well as clips for cable management and extra 3M stickers, and a plastic leverage tool to hide the cables. Manual included but also easily found online. Clear image (1080p front and rear), really pleased with the quality with the CPL filter. A129 Duo is easily the best budget front and rear dash cam, highly recommend!

The cable for the rear camera is not the best design, it should ideally have a right angle connector on both sides or come with a right angle adaptor. They use Mini USB B 3.0, which is 10 pins. NOT compatible with Mini USB B 2.0, which is 5 pins.

I unfortunately ordered the wrong size fuse taps so I emailed Viofo UK. The customer service was patient and helpful, and after some trial and error I got the right size and hardwired my dash cam. It was pretty simple to do. The web pages for the fuse taps don't have any dimensions but there's a product listing for 1 of each 4 types which has the dimensions. I saw this a bit late.

My Viofo A129 Pro Duo was 16 months old when the USB socket became faulty. I contacted Viofo in China who quickly replied and after a couple of emails decided to replace it under warranty. Instead of sending it back to China, I contacted Viofo UK and they recommended sending the cam back to them. Within a week I had a new Dashcam, thanks to everyone at Viofo UK

Viofo 129 plus gets red hot , does not record when it should , locks up , ands will not format card properly, wifi app is a joke and does not work properly , also locks up camera. contacted support and they send me a link to the returns policy ?.. camera is now 2 weeks old , and tried 3 sd cards all pro endurance / high endurance cards .. still trying for a refund..

Ordered the Dash Cam VIOFO A129 via amazon. Perfect does what it says on the tin super easy setup and excellent quality.

Purchased a VIOFO dash cam, unit arrived in good time and worked well, I was expecting two mounts one with GPS module and one bare mount. Only GPS in the box, dropped an email to Viofo UK and within the hour received a reply explaining that the model I ordered only had the one but no problem an extra mount is in the post.....WOW.... don't get service like that every day. Highly recommended
