For me its all ok, once bought a jacket which is too small and bad quality but anyway kept it even though i wont wear it ☹️
But i found other stuff which I enjoyed.

Also heard that lots of scammers are using Vinted, and there is always a lottery what you will receive...

It's bad and unfortunate when a company providing a service fails to take responsibility. The product was damaged during shipping, neither the goods nor the money... When you send the same product 15 times, packaged in the same way and it reaches the buyer successfully, it doesn't mean anything, because the 16th time when it reaches the customer damaged, obviously broken, the idiots working there are unable to think out of the box and say it's your own fault...

My item was rejected due unclear reasons. Event if it was new, packed. I rased issue but did not receive clear answer why my idem was removed, when there are lots of same items placed.

I run a roller skates and cross-country ski rental. I bought 20 pairs of skates and 30 pairs of ski boots on Vinted. If a listing is more than a year old, the seller often can’t find the item they sold—or doesn’t even try—and never ships it. However, if the item isn’t received, Vinted refunds the buyer within two weeks of payment. This has happened to me more than 10 times. So I am very satisfied with Vinted and recommend it to everyone.

I sold 2 sticks of ram. 1 stick was lost even tho I sent them in a safe packaging so it was most likely the fault of the courier. After contacting support they wouldn't communicate with me right and kept saying I packed it wrong even tho I have sold like 5 ram unites and all have been fine. Money wasn't given back to me even tho they have a guarantee to compensate for a problem with the courier.
