When we notice members who scam, refuse to sell on Vinted, and want a bak transfer and then they block you, Vinted's reaction is that they did not violate our rules. Transfers were of 100 euros each... Robotic responses about nothing. They block normal profiles, but not scammers.

I sold a phone that was fully functional and accurately described, but the buyer requested a refund. The reason they gave was that “parts are missing,” and their “proof” photo showed a blocked Vinted account (most likely their other account) displayed on the phone they bought from me.
Of course, I didn’t agree to such an absurd refund request. After reading Vinted’s rules, I understood that I wasn’t obligated to accept the return and refund the buyer, especially since I had provided full information about the item and there were no undisclosed defects (which was true). I contacted support and asked them to review the situation.
In the end, support decided the buyer’s refund request was valid, and I was left without my item and without my money. I also tried reporting the user, asking for the case to be reviewed again and pointing out that the buyer likely has multiple accounts (one of which is blocked), but my reports were dismissed as unfounded.
Luckily, the phone was an older and cheaper model. I definitely wouldn’t sell more electronics or valuable items on this platform again.

The new EU law pissed me off so much, I had about 100€+ after the update came out and I can't withdraw a single euro cause I'm not 18+ which is stupid

I am extremely disappointed with Vinted Lithuania support. I received shoes that were 1 full size smaller than described (listed as EU 39, but the tag clearly shows US 8, which is EU 38 according to the official Skechers size chart). Despite providing clear photo evidence, their support agent (Gustavas) claimed that 'the size matches the description'. It is mind-blowing that a fashion platform's staff cannot distinguish between US and EU sizes. They closed the case, released the money to the dishonest seller, and left me with shoes I cannot wear. Their 'Buyer Protection' is a joke if they ignore factual evidence. Avoid at all costs if you expect fair dispute resolution.

I have been using this platform for some years and want to share my review:
- customer service is awful. Or no customer service at all. Very slowly, almost never solved the problem, just basic answers. One starts the conversation dont finish it and then comes another one from the beginning and cant finish...
- To confirm a good add to wait 2 days? Really?
- Too many stories about how 'buyers protection fee' is not working. No proper help after taking the money for that.
- Vinted rarely fixes their mistakes.
- Time to time the page has technical issues that makes hard to get an add. I was asking to fix my message history and it was done after many monthes.
- If you want to see the true face of vinted, just check rekvizitai.lt about this company.
- At the end, i really dont understand how in a modern world such company could work when it looks like they dont care about customers...
- Just to to use when everything is ok, but every time to be afraid to get a problem because i really do not believe that i will get proper help in case needed.
Just my 5 dimes.

Vinted BLOCKED my acount becouse i was”promoting” somebody braclets BUT THEY ARE HANDMADE BY ME I COULD SEND U MY WORKPLACE ! its a very non friendly app in my opinion AND they deleted cleaning products! But they only delete my moms and mine products ! But i swear im scrolling on vinted BOOM atleast 10 cleaning supplies on vinted are being sold! What the hell vinted do better!

My listings been banned, i had paid for profesional pictures of products, because I had eshop...Now i sell leftowers in Vinted, but cant upload my pictures there is no option to proove that its yours, no sence.

it was great experience and its easy to use.

I love this app! From the fact that everything is secure and safe to the point that you can build entire communities by just selling your items. Doesn’t matter whether you’re selling well loved stuff or brand new things, all of them find their second loving home.
