Παρήγγειλα στο Vinted GR ένα πακέτο με 2 είδη. Το δέμα που παρέλαβα περιείχε 3 βρώμικα και φθαρμένα ρούχα, ένα από τα οποία δεν είχα παραγγείλει. Η πωλήτρια του Vinted GR, ioanadinu23, η οποία διαθέτει ένα τεράστιο κατάστημα με φθαρμένα είδη, συμφώνησε να δεχτεί τα είδη πίσω, σαν να μου έκανε χάρη. Παρόλο που είναι άμεση υποχρέωσή της να δέχεται πίσω τα ελαττωματικά προϊόντα. Παράλληλα, αρνήθηκε να πληρώσει τα έξοδα επιστροφής. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι με τα δικά μου χρήματα, ο πωλητής μπορεί να μου στείλει οποιοδήποτε βρώμικο πανί, ενώ ο αγοραστής θα πληρώσει τα έξοδα αποστολής.
Η επικοινωνία με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της Vinted GR δεν έφερε απολύτως κανένα αποτέλεσμα, εκτός από μια άχρηστη ανταλλαγή μηνυμάτων με ένα bot. Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών δεν ασχολείται με θέματα αποστολής και μου πρότειναν να λύσω αυτό το ζήτημα μόνη μου με τον πωλητή. Όμως, τα χρήματα από τη συναλλαγή που δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε, η Vinted GR τα λαμβάνει οπωσδήποτε. Θα ήθελα πολύ να μάθω σε τι συνίσταται η δουλειά της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και αν ασχολούνται με κάτι άλλο εκτός από την αφαίρεση της Χρέωσης Προστασίας Αγοραστή.
Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, δηλαδή απόλυτη έλλειψη βοήθειας και εξυπηρέτησης, καθώς και συνδρομή στην απάτη και την εξαπάτηση του αγοραστή. Η Vinted GR δεν ενδιαφέρεται για τη γνώμη σας. Τους ενδιαφέρει το πορτοφόλι σας και πόσα χρήματα μπορούν να σας αποσπάσουν με κάθε ευκαιρία.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Vinted. My account was permanently banned without any valid reason, simply because I believe their automated algorithm mistakenly flagged an authentic item as 'counterfeit.'There was no human oversight in this decision. When I tried to resolve the issue, I realized that their customer service is practically non-existent. You are stuck with automated messages that 120 hours to reply. It is unacceptable to treat legitimate users as scammers based on a glitchy AI system. Vinted's 'zero tolerance' policy is poorly implemented and ends up hurting honest sellers. If you value your time and your items, stay away from this platform. They will block you for no reason and offer zero help to fix their own mistakes."

"Buyer Protection" is a scam — They protect the fraudsters, not victims !
I am reporting a clear case of fraud and tampering that vinted refused to investigate. I returned a defective item (SNAD), and the seller staged fake damage after receiving it to avoid a refund. Even though I provided clear visual evidence proving the seller destroyed the product himself, vinted refused to honor the Buyer Protection policy I paid for and instead blamed me for "insufficient packaging" — an excuse I have learned vinted frequently uses as a loophole to avoid refunding buyers. The concept might be good but
Vinted's "Customer Support" is non-existent. They used automated bots to ignore my photographic proof, completed the transaction in favor of the scammer, and then deleted my honest review of the seller — which was intended solely to warn other users of this seller's fraudulent behaviour — and even threatened to suspend my account !
They charge a "Buyer Protection fee" but provide zero protection. They are complicit in fraud by silencing victims and protecting deceptive sellers.
Avoid this platform at all costs !!!

Η εμπειρία μου ως πωλήτρια στο Vinted ήταν πολύ απογοητευτική.
Έστειλα κανονικά το προϊόν μέσω Box Now και υπάρχει επιβεβαίωση ότι παραλήφθηκε από τον αγοραστή με χρήση κωδικού. Παρόλα αυτά, ο αγοραστής ισχυρίστηκε ότι παρέλαβε διαφορετικό αντικείμενο και η πλατφόρμα ενέκρινε επιστροφή χρημάτων χωρίς να επιστραφεί το προϊόν.
Παρότι προσκόμισα φωτογραφίες πριν την αποστολή και στοιχεία παράδοσης, η υπόθεση έκλεισε χωρίς ουσιαστική λύση, με αποτέλεσμα να χάσω και το αντικείμενο και τα χρήματα.
Θεωρώ ότι το σύστημα δεν προστατεύει επαρκώς τους πωλητές σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις και ότι χρειάζεται καλύτερη αξιολόγηση των αποδεικτικών στοιχείων.
Συμβουλή προς άλλους χρήστες: να κρατάτε πάντα φωτογραφίες, αποδείξεις αποστολής και να είστε ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικοί στις συναλλαγές.Δεν θα χρησιμοποιήσω ποτέ ξανά την εφαρμογή.
Unfair permanent ban for authentic items - Zero human support
I am extremely disappointed with Vinted's automated and flawed moderation system. I uploaded a pair of 100% authentic shoes purchased from a reputable retailer (JD Sports) and provided all the necessary proof of purchase.
Initially, they banned me, then admitted it was a mistake and reinstated my account. However, as soon as I relisted the EXACT same item, their 'broken' AI banned me again permanently. I have tried reaching out to their legal department and support multiple times, only to receive copy-pasted bot responses claiming the decision is 'final'.
It is unacceptable to punish honest sellers for the incompetence of an automated system that cannot distinguish between replicas and authentic goods even when provided with invoices. If you value your time and your items, stay away. Their customer service is non-existent and they show zero respect to their community.

I'm disabled
I'm disabled, i ordered an item which is supposed to be delivered to my house, Elta sends it to a box now 2km away.
For a 10€ product, i paid 22€ in transportation, and Vinted don't have the basic decency, of refunding the delivery fee DIFFERENCE (between 3€ for home delivery and 1€ for boxnow I NEVER ASKED FOR AND AM NOT ABLE TO GO TO).
You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Vinted is a scam - worst customer service
I bought something through Vinted worth over 100 eur. The parcel was being sent through BoxNow. I got a notification that it arrived and when I went to the locker to pick it up, it was empty!! I contacted Vinted right away to notify them that I did not receive my parcel. 24 hours later they just changed the status to “order completed”, which means my money is gone! When i complained to them they refuse to help me and just say the courier service says it was delivered! They also said I didn’t contact t them within the 48 hours so the order automatically changed to “completed”. A complete lie and I have screenshots of my messages to prove it.
No one cares or is trying to help me find it! Nothing about their greatly advertised buyer protection works! I just lost over 100 EUR and Vinted does not give a DAMN!!
It’s not the first time we’ve had this problem. There’s been packages that were ripped open and emptied, lockers not able to close, and now lost packages. Well - it’s all at the buyer’s risk and Vinted does NOTHING!!
I strongly urge everyone to stay away from that platform.

I am a private user based in Greece. My account was wrongly flagged for "commercial activity" by an automated system. I am selling only my personal, pre-owned items from a private collection. Each item is unique, which proves I am not a business.
I have tried to contact support multiple times, but I am being ignored or receiving automated bot responses. I have all the necessary photographic evidence to prove my status as a private individual, which I will provide only to a human moderator.
If this is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the Hellenic Ministry of Development (kataggelies.mindev.gov.gr) regarding unfair service termination and lack of proper support under the EU Digital Services

Purchase Never Arrived, €600 Lost – No Refund After 3 Months
On 14/07, I made a purchase worth €600.
Since then, my order has never arrived via UPS. For the past three months, I’ve contacted Vinted support multiple times asking for a refund. Each time, I only receive the same response: “We are still investigating with the carrier and will contact you.”
This is unacceptable. Vinted continues to hold my money without providing any real solution or effort to resolve the issue.
If I don’t receive my refund, this will clearly be a case of theft and scam from the platform.

SCAM ON VINTED
On 30/03/25 I made a purchase on Vinted from a seller who ultimately turned out to be a fraud. As the product, the condition of the product had nothing to do with reality. It was damaged with a lot of wear and tear. And now he is claiming I did it . This is unbelievable . There is no safety in this app. I want a refund . I email Vinted and I send them photos with evidence from the item to the bag and the tag with delivery details and they said they need more photos . I sent 19 photos ….
