Unfulfilled Order and No Refund Resolution
I placed an order for clothing and never received my package. The last shipping update was on January 4th, and after several weeks with no movement, I reached out to customer service.
Although they responded, the replies lacked clear information, accountability, or a concrete solution. I was not given a proper explanation for the delay, nor any definitive steps being taken to resolve the issue. I requested a refund back to my original payment method since the order was never delivered, but I have not received a refund or confirmation that one is being processed.
It is unacceptable for a company to keep a customer’s payment without delivering the product or providing a timely resolution. Delays can happen, but transparency and effective customer support are essential. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up without meaningful answers.
I strongly encourage this company to improve its shipping oversight, communication standards, and refund process to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue.

My wife bought me 3 hoodies never receieved
My wife bought me 3 hoodies from them. The company they used delivered to the wrong address which was explained to customer rep. In vintacrew. I went to the apt. To see if I could maybe get it back(not my responsibility) it was gone. The tracking number I was given didnt work with the delivery company. The delivery company was a scam with out any customer service (not vinta crew fault) but I explained this and they refuse to resend product or send money back. Tried being nice it has been 2 weeks now with no results. All they do is show me a picture that it was delivered and I already explained it was not delivered to is. Quick to take money. Do not buy.
Update: vintacrew said we need to call to male claim. The delovery company websote says shipper needs to make claim. We were given a phone number called it was a hotline saying "guys ladies to talk to ladies guys to talk to" this is who vintacrew is takes yoir money makes a mistake and gives you fake delivery company info.
Update: I have given info many times my wife aswell we had to call bank because we werent getting return or money back. The bank took care of it. Dont buy
