Notre séjour à la villa Oléya, à l’Île Maurice, a été absolument superbe. La villa est magnifique et le cadre exceptionnel.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’accueil du propriétaire, qui a été particulièrement agréable, chaleureux et d’une grande hospitalité. Cela a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

I had such an amazing experience with Villanovo.
They took care of everything from the moment we landed to the moment we left, making the whole trip completely seamless.
The chef was incredible, the staff were wonderful, and our driver around Marrakesh was simply the best.

Very poor post-stay management and lack of response
My experience with Villanovo has been very disappointing.
While the booking process was smooth and expectations were set at a high level, the actual stay and, more importantly, the post-stay management have fallen far below what you would expect from a company operating in this segment.
During our stay at Villa Lauryn in Marrakech, several important issues occurred:
– The pool, one of the main features of the villa (and for which we paid heating and pre-heating), was only usable for one day
– The hammam was not operational
– There were construction works at the villa during our stay, which had not been communicated in advance
– The service was inconsistent, with poor coordination, lack of flexibility and delays in meals
– We were charged for transportation despite having prepaid a driver service
– We were billed 1,400€ for groceries and meals without any detailed breakdown
However, the most disappointing part has been the complete lack of response after the stay.
Despite multiple follow-ups, formal communication and even escalation, I have not received any concrete reply or proposal from either the local manager or Villanovo.
This lack of communication and accountability is not acceptable, especially given the level of service that is advertised.
I hope Villanovo takes this seriously and provides a proper resolution.

We booked several times with Villanovo already. Unfortunately the Start this time was a bit disappointing since we didn‘t hear something for quite some time. Only when we contacted Riad directly the service became the quality we were used to get. From then on 5 Stars, before 2 Stars.

As a start dealing with villanovo was…professional
As a start dealing with villanovo was safe and professional.
The villa they selected for me based on my budget and needs.
Family had a great vacation in the villa, the staff was very kind and respectful. The chef cooks nice breakfast and chicken tagine. Everything was tidy in the house everyday, they change the towels in the bathrooms everyday, although some were not used yet.
I dont remember how i came across villanovo but it was from my website searches. Glad i found them.
Payment was smooth, and my security deposit was refunded in less than a week.
