Choices were easy to make
Choices were easy to make. Deals and such were easy to observe. Didn't feel compelled to try anything I didn't need, so the information allowed me to make informed decisions. I was able to find the ingredients in all items I was looking for. The deal I ended up choosing was wonderful, I get to try a new couple of flavours, a packet of crisps, and jerky for about the same price. You have done well 💪🏻 the app is working smoothly. Payment mechanism worked smoothly. It was easy to change the courier. The fact that the deal was on one of the items I liked and allowed me try some flavours of other items I haven't tried before but sound nice was a huge plus.

I love that it’s British free range…
I love that it’s British free range cows milk and sweetened with stevia which is exactly what I was looking for in a protein powder. Good vanilla flavour, I’m used to something sweeter but will get used to it!

Poor logistics and incompetent customer support
Updated 23/02.
After requesting a Team Manager get involved and leaving the below review, a senior manager emailed me, they took the time to understand the impact of the logical and accountability errors, they also arranged to get the order resent and delivered within 5 days. As a gesture of goodwill and they also reimbursed me for the order, which was a unexpected but very much appreciated.
Adjusted the rating with the senior member getting involved and the gesture of goodwill, I only wish something had been done sooner and the escalation could have been avoided.

It's a pretty new brand in the UK, I've been using the Intra-Workout, I'd rate it 7/10, it's good but struggles to be affective during strength and conditioning sessions; that are longer than 60 mins.
The rating has been affected by poor logistics and lack of customer service. I ordered items from them almost 2 weeks ago, the couriers site has said expected for over a week, but Vilgain has still not dispatched the product. I've raised this to Vilgain customer support and they're useless, the last response was that they've asked the courier if it has been collected or not.
Worse part is that I ordered them for an event this weekend and because they didn't arrive I was forced to drink coffee with added sodium.
Meanwhile, Vilgain are still none the wiser with where my order is.
